AMAZING Westin St John!! 3 BD/3 BA Villa

Escape to one of the last Caribbean islands true to its roots - St. John, US Virgin Islands – and the amazing Westin St. John, one of the crown jewels of Abound by Marriott Vacations. The Westin St. John is nestled along the 1200 ft long white-sand beach of Great Cruz Bay. The resort consists of spacious luxury villas, which feature full kitchens and the comforts of a well-appointed home-away-from-home.

If you plan more than 12 months in advance, let us know your dates so we can reserve our week with the resort precisely as reservations open 12 months in advance of arrival.

This luxurious resort offers all of the amenities you expect of a Westin resort - immaculately groomed tropical landscaping, gorgeous quarter-acre pool with gentle waterfall feature, a kiddie pool section for the smallest guests, volleyball for the athletically-inclined, secluded outdoor whirlpool, Westin Spa for ultimate relaxation, well-equipped fitness center, Westin Kids' Club, teen club, concierge services, dry cleaning & laundry, Jeep rentals, multiple dining options (fine dining, beachfront, poolside) and a bevy of resort activities.

As a Guest of Owner, included in your rental you will enjoy the following (subject to change):
- internet access
- fitness center access
- use of non-motorized water toys (sunfish, Hobi-cats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc)
- parking
- use of tennis courts & basketball courts
There are also no nightly resort fees as Guests of Owner. (Note: The resort will collect directly from the guest at time of check-out the $25/night/villa USVI Occupancy Fee/Tax).

There are two parts to the resort - the main resort grounds where the lobby, main pool, beach, spa, fitness center, restaurants, etc and Bay Vista, Coral Vista, & Sunset Bay villas are located, while the Virgin Grand phase villas are located across the street from the main resort. Our timeshare weeks are in the Bay Vista phase on the main resort grounds (however we can also sometimes reserve villas in other resort phases).

Bay Vista 3 BD villas are spacious at 1444-1470 ft2 – comfortably elegant, and fully equipped. The open floor plan kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for family meals and relaxing at the end of day. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite counter tops and upscale appliances. Retreat to the primary suite where you’ll find a king-size Westin Heavenly Bed and, in the master Heavenly Bath, luxurious vessel tub, double vanities, and separate oversized shower. A queen-sized Westin Heavenly Bed awaits guests in the second bedroom, which also has a private en suite bathroom. The third guestroom has two double-sized Westin Heavenly Beds. All bedrooms are comfortably sized, providing ample space for your whole family or group. The sleeper sofa in the living room adds an additional queen-sized bed to the mix. All baths - each attached to one of the bedrooms - are spa-like and outfitted in Westin Heavenly Bath style. In some cases (we can tell you which dates this applies to), the resort may assign a villa in the other resort phases but we can request your preferred phase (resort will not guarantee requests but does honor them more often than not).

Private decks or patios overlooking the resort and bay offer a place to read a book, take a nap, or watch graceful sailboats, and breathtaking sunsets over the bay.

The Westin is conveniently located just outside the historic port of Cruz Bay, where you can spend hours exploring the eclectic collection of shops and boutiques. Enjoy a variety of dining and nightlife options. The Westin’s central location on the island makes it a convenient base from which to explore the island.

Not only can you enjoy the beauty and serenity of Great Cruz Bay, but also the untouched natural beauty and beaches around St. John. Hop on a Westin beach shuttle or rent a jeep and beach-hop your way around the island visiting several of the world's most beautiful and often-photographed beaches. Not to be missed are the sugar plantation ruins, petroglyphs, and hiking trails of the USVI National Park, which constitutes fully 2/3's of the island.
