Located on the pristine grounds of the gated Pawleys Plantation community, our second-floor condo provides two bedrooms and two bathrooms with comfortable accommodations for six guests. Our condo overlooks the 11th fairway of the renowned Jack Nicklaus-designed Pawleys Plantation golf course, and the screened porch gives you an ideal vantage point of the golf course. The easy access front stairway leads to a shaded front porch, typical of lowcountry homes. Enjoy your stay with us and take full advantage of the amenities of Pawleys Plantation. Our condo is just steps away from the private Weehawka Woods pool, a quick walk to the Pro Shop and Palmetto Pub, and a leisurely stroll to the picturesque salt marsh with views of Pawleys Island. On a quiet night, you can even hear the ocean from our (your) porch!

Newly renovated with updated paint and flooring throughout, our spacious condo offers cathedral ceilings in the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. Plenty of windows keep the condo light and bright and offer ideal views of the 11th fairway. Inviting rocking chairs on the front porch and a café table and chairs on the screened back porch allow you to enjoy the lowcountry climate during any time of the year!
Our airy great room provides all of the conveniences of home – without any of the clutter! Comfortable seating is ideal for cozy conversation or watching your favorite show or team on the 50” flat screen TV, complete with cable. Secure Wi-Fi is also included. The dining area and conveENnient wet bar make entertaining a breeze. Open the door to the screened porch to extend the indoor/outdoor living the lowcountry is known for.
FULLY APPOINTED KITCHEN
The condo kitchen is fully outfitted to meet your culinary needs. From a simple morning cup of coffee to a chilled glass of wine at night, we have you covered. Our cupboards are stocked with dining and glassware, and we provided plenty of pots, pans, and casserole dishes for meals at home. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and hand mixer. Take a trip to Georgetown to pick up fresh shrimp for a fun and festive shrimp boil – we have a pot for that!

Our bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat after a strenuous round of golf or a fun day of sun and surf! Located on opposite sides of the condo, our bedroom floor plan allows guests to enjoy a sense of privacy. Decorated in a calming palette, the master bedroom suite has a king size bed and provides direct access to the screened porch overlooking the fairway. A spacious closet, large dresser, flat screen TV, outlets for devices, and extra blankets provide the comforts of home. The guest suite offers two queen size beds and includes a separate spacious vanity. As with the master, the guest room is complimented by a spacious closet, large dresser, flat screen TV, plenty of outlets, and extra blankets. Both bedrooms include private bathrooms with plush towels and complimentary toiletries. A washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron are also provided. Updated wooden blinds throughout the condo ensure a peaceful night’s sleep!
