The Main House is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath House. 2 of the rooms have in room bathrooms. One of which is the Primary Suite witch has 2 walk in closets, 2 Vanities, a tub and a shower. There is a casita that can be made available upon request at an additional cost.
There is ample parking in the garage, drive way or street. The pool will be unheated but can be heated upon request at additional cost of $100 per day. 1 days noticed is needed for heating the pool. This is a new rental for the family and is not just a rental but our families vacation home. We are new to VRBO but not new to renting to seasonal renters.
