Myrtle's Turtle Outlook is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This beautiful home away from home vacation rental is a short drive or walk (.5 miles to the beach access) to the wide and sandy North Myrtle beaches. Located on a pond, this home is the perfect getaway for those who are looking for peace and relaxation. Fishing is not allowed in the pond but feeding turtles is encouraged. There is no fence or gate around the perimeter of the house. Please use caution! Overlooking the pond view is Main Street, Ocean Drive where there are restaurants, shops, entertainment, and family fun. Motorcycles are not allowed on this property. Smoking is not allowed. Golf carts are allowed and would be a great way to scoot on over to the beach access just .5 mile away. This is a family oriented property. No students or student groups please. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

Myrtle's Turtle Outlook comfortably sleeps 6. On the ground floor is a large patio, equipped with furniture, that overlooks the pond. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off from a sandy time spent on the beach. The main level of the house has a large front porch facing the street. Entering this home are steps to the upstairs bedrooms, and an open floor plan with the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area opens onto the large deck with tables, chairs, and a gas grill. There is a smart TV in the living area. The dining area has a table for 6 with 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. for preparing your favorite meals. There is a half bath on this floor. Corn hole boards are provided by the owner as well as some board games.

The three bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and master bath. The master bath has a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, TV, and balcony access to the street side. The second bath has a tub and shower combination. All 4 TVs are Smart TVs; streaming only. This home has a washer, dryer, free Wifi, and free parking. Golf carts are allowed.

*Departure clean and linen fees are NOT included in the total rental rate for MONTHLY rentals. There is one departure clean fee and one linen fee for the entire reservation that varies according to the number of beds the rental has and the location of the rental. These fees will be added on to the total of your reservation. Reservationists will give you the fee amount of the fees before you make the reservation.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
