This beach house was perfect! Everything was just as listed and pictured. Our family ( kids and grandkids 14 of us) enjoyed the space, the pool, pool toys, totally stocked kitchen…EVERYTHING was great!

Annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect go or our group of 7 adults and 7 kids. Downstairs bedroom for the grandparents and everyone else upstairs. Kids lived the bunk room. Short walk to the beach. The kids especially loved the pool. Needed a new propane tank for the grill and they brought it very quickly.

Absolutely fantastic trip and this house, Wow! It is just as described if not better. Comfortable accommodations for our group of 10. Probably one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. We will definitely try and book again for future PCB vacations. The only thing that I think needs to be more clear is the access to the outside pool house. We thought it was the bottom door right past the pool, but it's actually upstairs and you go thru the back gate to get to it. But a quick phone call and everything was cleared up for us. Having that extra space was amazing! Access to the beach was a very short walk. Home is just far enough off the main road to be quiet. Plenty of parking for two SUVs and 6 motorcycles. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay. Home was beautiful, loved that we were a quick walk to the beach. Kids loved being able to walk to the candy/ice cream store. They provided plenty of beach / pool towels which was sooo nice. All the pool and beach supplies that I wish I knew before lugging all our stuff lol. Easy check in and quick responses when I had questions. Having the extra space above the garage was a plus with my big family. I would definitely recommend this place and company. The only thing was when you opened the refrigerator the freezer door would pop open. Things didn’t stay frozen too well. The Milton family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AMAZING Home and AMAZING Property Management Company!!! We ran into some neighbors parkign in the driveway and the management company fixed it quickly. They heard us talking about dinner plans. So I go to the publix down the street and see the property manager in there. he had actually spoke to the Meat Manager and had reserved us the steaks we were looking for and had them cut!!! He said Hey I was just about to call you guys and tell you I had the steaks you wanted here at publix waiting on you in the back!! AMAZING!
