The Space:

Welcome to this upgraded getaway offering a sports recreational center that extends from the renovated garage to the backyard. This space includes top-of-the-line table tennis set in the garage, a badminton set, corn hole, croquet, and a foosball table! Two new smart TVs and new paint throughout have also been added. To top it all of, a library was added, so you are in luck if you are a history buff. This multilevel vacation home offers a lot of space, including a sunroom that can be used as another private sleeping area and an efficiency apartment over the garage that has sleeping accommodations, and a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor living space includes a large patio, covered porch, and upper deck. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. The indoor pool is closed in the summer months. Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Spacious home

Very large house that is great for a family vacation. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed to cook a gourmet meal. Plenty of room to relax and spread out.

The kitchen!

This house is gorgeous and plenty of room for extended family, with the kitchen to cook for them all! Pictures don’t do justice. A few cosmetic touches could be had, and maybe upgrade the pillows and linens on the bed (as mentioned under amenities). We plan to be back!

Great house, great neighborhood!

This is the second year a group of us have stayed at this house for the Ocean to Bay ride. Just like last year, the house was spotless when we arrived, everything was in it's place, and we settled in quite easily. The key fob system changed where we pick them up at the mgmt office, which eliminates opportunities to misplace them, so this is a good improvement. We loved our stay, and look forward to returning next year. Great house, great neighborhood!

This was our 2nd year staying here for our annual golf trip. Great location and close to everything you need. The new stove and oven combo made this exceptional. Everything worked and was such a pleasure cooking. Amenities included make this our favorite house to stay in. Only suggestion would be to switch to full beds instead of twins. Any communication with Vacasa was switftly returned and resolved.

Great spot for a week long family beach trip

The house was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed eating in the sunroom and hanging out in the kitchen and living room. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so each family could have their own space. The laundry room was used quite a bit! The outside space was a little overgrown and dirty but nothing that a good pressure wash wouldn't fix. The neighborhood was awesome. The pool was a hit! The house was close to a lot of activities including downtown Bethany and the beach. Felt like a good value compared to a lot of other options in the area.

Beautiful house and location

The house was incredibly spacious and beautiful. Had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. The check in process was not clear as there were two lockboxes-one on the side porch and one in the back of the house. In addition, the apartment had not been cleaned. We called and they showed up the next morning to clean it.

Beautiful house

We loved the house, the proximity to the beach and the beautiful gated community. We didn’t love the management company as they took time to respond to requests, the house wasn’t clean when we arrived, dirty floors, dirty linens and an unmade bed, no linens for 2 of the beds and took more than a day to receive. Otherwise our stay was great.

Golf trip

We were a group of 8 older golfers on our annual trip. The house was perfect for our needs. We all had a bed and plenty of space to roam. The kitchen was phenomenal! We had a previous restaurant owner who said the kitchen was the best part of the house. Only thing missing was a griddle for pancakes. Check-in was a little over done. With an electronic door entry and passes for community center the only thing needed, thought it was unnecessary to go to Vacasa center. People there were great but not really needed for our check-in. Communication from Vacasa was great. Everyday a different message with most being informative and useful. Could have been a few more towels but we just used the washer/dryer. Overall a great property and will definitely consider renting again.

Lots of room!

Our group of 13 was well accommodated. Two couples had their own bedrooms upstairs, with their kids utilizing the other two bedrooms upstairs. Each family shared a bathroom (one of which had an empty soda bottle in the shower). My daughter and granddaughter used the 'apartment' (with a bath) over the garage, while my grandson used the 'murphy bed' in the downstairs 'library' with a half bath across the hall. (We had to hang sheets to provide some privacy.) Nana and Pops enjoyed the spacious downstairs master suite. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances, cookware, utensils and dishes. We experienced some difficulty lighting the stove. We turned the knob for the burner we wanted, but a different one would 'click'. When we arrived, the apartment above the garage had not been cleaned for some time and the beds had dirty linens on them. A call to housekeeping corrected this quickly. After the first night, we realized that the A.C. in the apartment over the garage was not working. Another call and this was remedied. 13 of us could not be accommodated in either the dinning room or kitchen so we brought in the table from the sunroom. The showerhead in the master bedroom leaked, spraying water onto the ceiling. This had evidently been the case for some time since their was mold on the ceiling. Another call and this was corrected. There were plenty of remotes for the T.V.s and fan lights, but they were not labeled as to what each one operated. We had to 'hunt and peck' until we figured them out. Simple labels would have been helpful. The outdoor shower was great! Upon packing to leave, we checked for things under the beds and noted lots of dust bunnies, socks, candy wrappers and other odds and ends. The neighborhood was quiet and the homes well cared for. We appreciated the long driveway and covered 'carport'. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we would rent this house again.
