Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere with comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities designed to make your stay enjoyable. The home offers three private bedrooms with queen and bunk beds along with two full bathrooms to accommodate your group. The heart of the home is the open living area which includes a sofa bed and leads into a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals after a day of hiking. For indoor entertainment the game room is fully stocked with a pool table and foosball table plus an additional sofa bed.



The outdoor space is a true highlight featuring a private waterfall setting, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation.



Unbeatable location! Cataloochee Ski Area is just 10 minutes away as well as the Cherokee Casino. Soco Falls is a beautiful double waterfall in the Qualla Boundary of the Cherokee Nation and only 7 minutes from this home.

A little further, but not too far is Gatlinburg and Dollywood - both a little over an hour. With its prime location near the Blue Ridge Parkway and local attractions, this property is the ideal destination for your next mountain escape.

For outdoor enthusiasts the Cataloochee Ski Area is a quick twenty minute drive away while the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway are easily reachable within thirty minutes. Downtown Waynesville is a short 15 min drive featuring quaint shops, breweries, art galleries, restaurants, and a charming Main Street that makes this a favorite day-trip destination.
