Great location close to the Beach

We were in town for a conference and needed a place for our family to stay. The townhome was clean and updated and the location was great and close to shopping and food. We enjoyed the pool and were usually the only family in the pool. We would plan to stay here again for any trip back to MB!

What more could u ask for!! This condo was steps away from the beach, on-site pool & very well kept. Vicky was amazing during the booking, check in & departure process. We look forward to staying at this lovely property again.

Birthday Bash

Stayed here with my family for two days and two nights for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday! Property was in a quiet but not secluded part of North Myrtle Beach while being close to everything. Location, location, location!

Property was great. It was exactly how advertised. It definitely is close to the beach and pool was very nice. Communicated with Vicky a few times which was always responded to timely. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Pleasantly surprised!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. I needed a place close to Myrtle Beach Travel Park where several family members were staying, and this couldn’t have been more perfect! I appreciated all the amenities of the condo, the setup was perfect for me and my three kids 6 and under, and the pool being right out the back gate was awesome. Might have to book again next year!

great location

The location the condo is great -- close to fun activities and restaurants. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. There were some minor issues with the appliances which Vicky addressed promptly. I also notified her some cleaning issues which she would amend.

Ok Stay

We rented this place so we can stay away from busy buildings, where we usually stay. The owner was responsive, and house is close to the beach. Our kids loved the pool. Bedrooms were nice and bright. We didn't like that lots of dishes were dirty when we came, there were only 6 plates and with 6 of us we had to wash them all the time. Kitchen is old with an old smell. Only my husband was able to open the front door. Overall, we had ok stay.

If any of our guest have a problem with anything at the condo. Please call and communicate the problem other wise we do not know. We can make repairs or try to accommodate our quest. Our cleaning crew rushed due to the fact you were texting to check in at 12:30. Normally check in is 3:00 and we have a 5 guest limit. We update and deep clean the condo periodically. We have had 5 stars and great reviews all summer.

Great Place to stay.

This our first time to Myrtle Beach and this was a great place to stay. The place is clean and great communication with owner. It is near the beach and perfectly placed between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beech. Enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended place to stay if going to Myrtle Beech.

Great floor plan!

The floor plan is great for adult (or kids) family to have togetherness and plenty of room to spread out. The w/d are outside in the storage by the lower enclosed courtyard. That was a surprise but with the enclosed courtyard, it is not a dealbreaker. The upstairs balconies are also generous. The pool is nicely located to the condo. Beach access is close (maybe a straight 3 minute walk).

Spectacular choice!

This place was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable, and cutely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was great. Wish we had been staying longer and would definitely stay again if going back.

Great stay and location!

The location of the townhouse was amazing! Vicki was very nice and quick with her responses. The description on Vrbo was exactly right and some. The three patios/decks were perfect and the location to the pool and the beach were more than to be expected. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

The beach access is a short walk from the rental and the pool is right in the backyard. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

We love this complex and have stayed before. Great location - couldn’t be closer to a low key area of the beach. Wonderful week, clean apartment with an accurate description!

Refer to my first visit review! :) I would Highly recommend this property and would encourage you not hesitate if your interested in staying in a wonderful spot on North Myrtle Beach. I will hopefully go for a 3rd visit soon!

Wonderful place to stay!!

We really enjoyed stay at this wonderful place. We can't say enough on how much we enjoyed our vacation. It was perfect for our family. It was much so much better than the big resorts; no elevators, crowded pool, loud neighbors (just to mention a few things). The location was excellent because it was so close to the beach, the pool and area attractions. It was quite and isolated enough to relax and enjoy each others company. It was also the perfect size for our family of 4. We also had friends staying nearby and had plenty of room to entertain them as well.The rooms were great. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Awesome Stay! Will Be Back!

This wonderful unit is located on a quite street very close to the Beach. Since its a small community, the pool was not overly crowded unlike the big resorts in town. No need to bring beach chairs, beach umbrella's since the place already had which was great as well. The kitchen was perfect with all the pots and pans you need to make any meals if any. The rooms were amazingly comfortable and enough towels and pillows as necessary. The living room and dinning room were very comfortable and since I was traveling with kids it was awesome to have Disney Jr, Nickelodeon, and they even had HBO!! Wi-Fi is an issue in the unit, but you can directly connect your laptop to the modem if you need access to the net. You have your own parking spot in front of the unit which was convenient. In addition your super close to the golf course, Tanger Outlets, Super Walmart and tons of places to eat. Its only 15 minutes to Broadway at the Beach and only a few miles to Barefoot Landing. I loved this place and believe you will too! I will be coming back next summer for sure!

Grand-children's Happy Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved being so close to the pool, and it was a very short walk to the beach. We had plenty of room, and it was great having a washer and dryer at our unit. It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we loved it! This unit was very reasonably priced and we definitely would stay here again!

I live here full time in Arcadian Shore and Manage Rentals. The photo is my Grandchildren and my daughter. Arcadian Area is the best location (great access to roads will get you around traffic.)

I love the location and the unit is a perfect beach Place. No elevators, very private you will have the pool to yourself! Great Clean Pool steps from the Condo.
Walk to Starbucks at the Hilton for morning coffee or hang out at the ocean front bar/grill for lunch. Life guards on the beach. Available chairs and umbrellas for rent.
