This 2nd story condo overlooks the Atlantic ocean with easy access to the gorgeous sandy beach that's only footsteps away from your front door. Best view in the complex. Also within very close proximity, you'll have access to the inground pool, BBQ grills, and playground. Enjoy the peace and serenity that North Topsail Beach offers. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises year round! If fishing is your thing, take a nice walk to the pier and tackle shop. Just close your eyes as you listen the sounds of the waves crashing in with balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and a closet. Located just minutes from Surf City and Sneads Ferry. Topsail Dunes Villas are within 10 minute drive to dining, grocery,& beach shops. 30 minute drive to Wilmington and Jacksonville (Home of Camp Lejeune).


POLICIES/ RULES: You agree to the following when you book....
-Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased through your personal insurance agent or online.
-Primary adult must be at least 25 years of age. We can only host children aged 12 and up. Not child proofed.
-Include ALL guests names and ages when booking
-No smoking inside or or on balconies.
- Visitors & unregistered guests are not permitted on property & will result in immediate eviction without refund.
-On-site private property manager assists with our reservations. She may introduce herself upon arrival and ensure all is okay with the reservation. Don't hesitate to reach out.
-No sleeping on couch as this causes extensive wear and tear. No wet swimsuits or towels on furniture.
-No animals. Allergen free property and against HOA rules.
-Starter paper products provided. You'll need to supply your own paper products, toiletries, and detergents for the duration of your stay.
-Provided everything is rinsed, dried, & put back where you found it before departure, you are welcome to use our beach gear in the 2nd bedroom closet throughout your stay.
-All bedding and bath towels are provided and must stay in the condo. Don't forget to bring your beach towels & sunscreen.
-Shake out sandy clothing, shoes, & towels before briging in, especially before putting in washer/dryer.
-Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked. If enjoying the ocean breeze, please use the screens to avoid pest issues and follow instructions for HVAC system.
-In the event of rule violations or disturbances to others, we reserve the right to immediately evict without refund.
-Prior to check in, you will be sent instructions and all contact information for owners and mgr.
-Free parking is provided for 2 vehicles. 2 parking tags & 4 pool bands are provided located in kitchen. Please use them throughout your stay to access facilities & to avoid towing. Return to hook when checking out.
Replacement Fee: Parking Tag $100/ea Bands $50/ ea
-To be refunded full security deposit: Ensure rules are followed throughout your stay, clean up behind yourself/ your group, ensure nothing is removed from the home or damaged, & follow all checkout and cleaning instructions posted. Deposits are refunded within a week after checkout.
