SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEW - 8th FL 3BR SUITE BEACH VILLAS KO OLINA O802

Your luxurious suite is located on the 8th floor of the Ocean Tower at Beach Villas in Ko Olina Resort. Our front gate is just steps away from the beach, lagoon, ocean and one block from the Aulani Disney Hotel.

Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, a private beachfront condo. Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named “Tripod.”

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort such as Roy's, Monkeypod Kitchen, Longboards, Noe, 'Ama 'Ama, and Mina's Fishouse. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Experience the comfort and luxury here at our Beach Villas at Ko Olina Resort like no other place in the world. Walk and travel the Hawaiian history, people, and culture but most of all experience the Spirit of Aloha.

A minimum of 6 nights is required at the Beach Villas for all reservations.

Tiffany was amazing! Super communication, met us at the complex and showed us all the ropes, answered all our questions, and was fast on response!The unit was lovely with a great view and amenities, and it was easy to walk to places nearby. The fitness center was stellar, new and well maintained equipment. Would absolutely stay here, again!

The condo was perfect for a multi-family getaway, we enjoyed the pools, beach access, and relaxed location. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Cherie was a great communicator and made everything easy! We'd definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Communication was excellent both before our arrival and during our stay. The unit was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find everyday items available to us, such as laundry baskets, an ironing board & iron, beach chairs, and beach towels, to name a few. The location of the Villa was perfect for us, and the grounds were gorgeous, which were visible from the Villa's main balcony. We appreciated that there was a quiet pool, separate from the Lagoon pool (where the kids were). All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful villa and property!!! We had the perfect view of the sunrise every morning from our Lanai. Everyone was friendly and helpful when we needed it. Pictures are spot on. I am already trying to plan a stay here again.

Amazing getaway

Visited my parents in nearby Ewa Beach for their anniversary. Shared the place between my family and my sister’s. The place was spacious and relaxing. The views from the balcony were amazing. We visit Oahu every year from Boston to see my parents, will definitely reach out to Cherie again to see if this place is available.

Amazing vacation!

This amazing home has everything listed and then some. Communication was fabulous with our property manager, Cherie throughout our stay! She even helped me find a last minute birthday cake. Great option in paradise

Fantastic property. So clean and well cared for and the grounds are perfect with the pools, hot tubs, bbq and cove. You’re between the Marriott, Disney and four seasons and I’d take this property over all of them, hands down. Convenient golf, restaurants and 10 minutes to Costco / Target / Safeway to help load up the kitchen. Few things I’d recommend to make the stay even better: - fix the trash can - update pots and pans - new coffeee maker, this one is so cheap and doesn’t turn off automatically Other than that, total 5-start experience!

Great 3 Bedroom Condo at a family friendly complex.

The condo was just as it was listed and had everything we could’ve needed for our stay. Cherie, the property manger, was great and made the checkin process very easy for us and was very helpful. Beach Villas is in a great location with easy access to both a beautiful pool and the beach/lagoon. Within walking distance to other lagoons and the small shops and restaurant's. The view from the patio was wonderful, however that could change if there is building/development next to beach villas (it’s currently a flat open dirt grassy field). We had a great time and would definitely book here again.

Wonderful experience

What a wonderful experience. We had 7 of us in the unit, and most everything we needed was there. There was a problem with one of the outlets needed, but Cherie was Johnny on the spot having it repaired. The views are spectacular and the resort is as well. We couldn’t have had a better vacation. Ko Olina was perfect, beautiful and less populated than Honolulu. Several lovely restaurants within walking distance too. Would definitely stay there again.

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!

Pristine and meticulously maintained grounds and property. Had a wonderful week in this unit with three generations of family. Quiet and serene setting compared to mega resort next door. Beach pathway joining lagoons was a wonderful way to enjoy the ocean views. Cherie (our host contact) was readily available for any and all questions, even assisted with receiving grocery delivery on day one so we didn't have to make one more stop after a long day of travel. Having been to Oahu the previous year, wanted a stay outside Honolulu/Wakiki area and this was perfect. Definitely would book here again without hesitation.

Perfect for families looking to relax and enjoy the beach

We were very impressed with our rental before we even arrived. I saw multiple reviews raving about the property manager, Cherie, which led me to specifically look for a unit managed by her. Cherie was wonderful answering our questions prior to our stay and was able to meet my in-laws for an early check-in. Having parking included with our stay was a huge help and benefit as well. The unit was very clean and put together. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen came in great use! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the Koi fish feeding twice a day was a highlight for our child (and me). Breakfast on the balcony, looking out to the ocean, was very relaxing and a great way to start our day. I appreciated how secure the unit was. The property requires you scan the room card for entry from the street and the beach, and to scan again to operate the elevator. Plus, you only share the two elevators with a limited number of units (2 on each floor), so we had the elevator to ourselves all but once. My only negative marks towards the unit are below, and I share these to be helpful for those planning to stay here so they can come prepared, not at all intended to discourage you booking the unit, as these are minor and possibly not a big deal to others: 1.) There are no blackout curtains in the second and third bedrooms. It's something I didn't think to ask in advance, but is basically a necessity (to us) when traveling with a small child. We were able to purchase and place black garbage bags over the windows to solve the issue, but again, I wish I had come prepared. 2.) The WiFi was fast in the living room, but almost non-existent in the bedrooms. We purchased a WiFi extender which helped, but still wasn't the best. 3.) The television in the living room came equipped with many cable channels, but unfortunately wasn't new enough to stream Disney+, which again, sort of a big deal when traveling with kids these days. The television in the 3rd guest room did have Disney+ though, so we just had our daughter watch her Mickey Mouse in there. 4.) The parking spots are pretty tight. It's possible to fit a mini van, but took some time and extra eyes to ensure we backed into the spot smoothly. If possible, I'd recommend not renting a mini van. Would we book this exact unit again? Absolutely, 100%.

A beautiful place excellent space fabulous views. No onsite store or restaurant but very close to them walking distance . The snorkeling was pretty good especially at the lua cove. Very quiet family friendly we enjoyed a lot.

Best family spot on Oahu

This was our second trip and we will keep coming back. Staff & property management is so helpful and courteous, property is stunning, and location cannot be beat. Kids loved the pools and calm waters of the lagoon. Great food & entertainment within walking distance. Can't wait to return!
