Located on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, this wonderful 5BD/5BA family vacation home comfortably accommodates 14 guests. It features a spacious LR, DR & large well equipped kitchen. The 1st floor bedroom has 2 Double beds and bath. The 2nd floor has 2 King Master Suites both with private bath and private balcony, and one bedroom with 2 Queen beds and bath. 3rd floor has a Queen bed and bath; also a private balcony.

Another Great Stay

A couple of bumps (great room floor damage, poor sound on television) did not influence a great week. Seamless and cordial check-in set the tone for the week. Fully equipped kitchen supported family breakfasts and dinners.Looking forward to a 2026 return.

Wonderful placee

The property clean with a refreshing smell when entering the home. Karen and Bill were very responsive and addressed any minor concern we may have had. The home was tastefully decorated, with plenty of room for 13 individuals for all ages. We had a wonderful time and will be booking again with Karen and Bill.

Great family beachfront rental

The check in with Robin was quick and very informative. It was nice knowing Robin and Buena were so easy to reach if issues arose. The rental was clean and provided plenty of beds and bathrooms. We really liked every bedroom having a full bathroom attached. We never ran out of hot water when everyone showered. The ice maker was being worked on when we checked in, so when Buena came to check on it she provided some cash to cover the cost of ice the first couple of days. This was so thoughtful and appreciated. The levels were well insulated so not much noise from floor to floor, and practically none from our neighbor. The only drawback was the bar across the street with late outdoor music from Thurs to Sun. Just have to have your light sleepers sleep in the beach side bedrooms. For multiple family vacation this place was great.

Long weekend

We stayed for a long weekend to visit family. Beach access is great and the ladies that did my check in were just fabulous! Very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them. The house was clean and functional. A great location and perfect beach access!

Great House and Awesome Beach

Plenty of room for the 7 of us. We all loved the house and watching the sunset from the balcony in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was awesome as it wasn’t wall to wall people. And we very much enjoyed meeting the owners who were very friendly and helpful!

Best vacation, ever!

We enjoyed staying at Bill and Buena's beach house so much! It was beautifully decorated, so clean, and it had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The owners kept in contact with us and even gave us tips on how to avoid heavy traffic areas. Bill was there to meet us and showed us around the house and answered any questions we had. I have been coming to Florida for vacation for years, but this was by far the best!

Beach with friends

Beautiful house on the beach. Owner is friendly and helpful. Location is good but opposite a bar that is pretty loud on the weekends if you are in the bedroom closest to the road. Clean and spacious. Will recommend to others!

Nice Beach

Spacious home perfect for our family. Beautiful views, enjoyed our beach time. Stairs were indoors which is good because it was so hot outside. Great location. Would have preferred to have dish soap, extra trash bags, paper towels and TP provided but we knew ahead of time. Overall everyone was comfortable and appreciated having private bathrooms.

Twice as nice!!

Our family has stayed in this property two times, now, and I have been so pleased both times with every aspect of the total stay! The owners are SO nice and go above and beyond to keep you informed and are more than happy to answer any questions you might have. The house is so fresh, clean, and beautifully decorated. It accommodates my family perfectly! The beach is just a few steps away and is never crowded like some beaches we have experienced. For making special, happy memories, I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of vacation homes in PCB. The home was gorgeous and the beach location was beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. We had 7 adults and 4 children and we all had plenty of space. We’ve stayed in many beach houses over the years and this was by far, our favorite! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing house!!

We came for spring break with four families! Everyone had a great time:) The house was clean, beautiful, had a perfect location right on the beach and had a fun restaurant right across the street. There’s a gas station and an incredible fish market within minutes of walking! The owners are so nice and easy to work with. We had no problems at all with the house all week! We only wish we could have stayed long..,, We will be back!!

Every detail about this property was spot on. From the location, beach access, rooms, etc. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The shops were convenient, grocery stores and gas station. Waking up every morning was like having our own oasis in the back yard with the crashing of the waves was a melody of music. My family and I have decided we will be back. Excellent experience with minor issues.

Property was above average overall. Perfect location on the beach and nice neighborhood (except for the shady motel next door). Buena and Bill were very friendly and easy to work with. The house was clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels/washcloths for our party of 12. Very few issues overall. We had a smoke detector beeping and it was taken care of the next morning. The garage overhead lights did not work at all. We found and killed 4 giant flying palmetto bugs (roaches) in the house. Some of the drawer facings and cabinet doors were loose or falling off. Furniture has that “rental” feel to it but was expected from the photos. House would be even better if there was a built on deck like the other 9 units in that section but it’s a non deal breaker. A bit pricey for the quality but you’re paying for the location and the amount of space. Pleased with our stay.

We welcome comments from guests. Sometimes we are not aware of issues until we are told about them. Attention has been given to the garage lights and cabinet doors and facings mentioned. We have regular pest control spray at the property and house. Sometimes pests are worse than other times (especially in Florida on the beach). Additional spray will be requested from our pest control. All of the other 9 homes by us do not have extended decks - a few do. There are Department of Environmental rules governing building toward the water and we were not able to build an extended deck. Thank you for your comment on our being friendly and easy to work with.

Misleading

This picture tells a different story. It's not a house; it's a townhome. Parking is limited, does not have a patio, access to the beach is ”wild”. There's a cactus, oyster shells, charcoal, and trash, in the path towards the beach. If you want to use the charcoal grill, you have to use it outside the garage. My first impression was that the condo was clean. Once we settled in we could see how dirty the place was. Cabinets' doors are loose, the microwave is smaller than the cavity for it. The oven is nasty, the ice and water dispenser are dirty, ac grills ( return air) dusty, headboards full of dust, the fridge has a broken shelf, no lights in the garage. We had to use tape to hold the rug from curling up. Paper products were already used by previous tenants and no new rolls were left. Soap was watery, no new soap. Management met me upon arrival when I told her about how deceiving the property description was, she asked ”what I wanted to do...” After five hours drive and waiting for the other parties to join us... What can you do??? This is not a property for children. They are going to be confined to the first floor. Not the relaxing property we were looking for. It's bad because we have used VRBO for years, I guess they don’t check the properties to make sure the description meets the reality. There are water marks on the ceilings from previous leaks. The siding is cracking on the outside, soffit has a big hole on the second floor. The plus side? It’s right on the beach. Regrettably, it’s a property with potentials that it’s mismanaged and lack of cleanliness makes me give a bad rating. We paid top price, we managed to make the best of it, but we will not go back. We will question everything from now on.

The traveler was unhappy and disappointed upon arrival due to the fact that there was no patio on beach side. The description says there are balconies on each level, no patio is mentioned. Past travelers (18 years) have never complained about the cleanliness of the house. Food was left on counters and in refrigerator at departure and garbage was left in the house. Drawers were taped on living room coffee table and not removed. Also tape on rug was not removed. Removal of vegetation on the beach is limited by law. The soffit and stucco damage on the outside of the house was from Hurricane Michael (Cat 5 hurricane that was devastating to the Panama City area) and plans are in motion for the repairs to be done now that the rental season is over. Getting contractors for repair work has been difficult since the hurricane. Damage on the outside of the house has not affected the interior functioning of the house. Traveler was given the option of not staying at the property and getting a refund but decided to stay. The traveler was compensated for her disappointment with a partial refund.
