This is a first floor two-bed two-bath condo in building 5 with free WI-FI. The living room offers a 37" flat screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and seating for 4 in the dining area with additional seating available at the bar. The master bedroom offers a king size bed while the guest room has a set of twin beds. From your private balcony you will experience a wonderful mountain view and a ski in/out view of Oma's Meadow. A new clubhouse, with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room is now open and ready for our guests. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. Come stay in the mountains!**No wood burning fire place**

Amazing stay at Sugar mountain.

My family and I had a great time here. The apartment was comfortable and close to everything. We loved having access to the shuttle so that we could get around the resort without having to worry about parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location for ski and and out accommodations. It was very cute inside. There was an undesirable smell of mold in the master bath/laundry area and in the kitchen under the sink. Years of slow water damage I suspect. We just put up with it. Weren’t going to be staying long enough and I didn’t really see how they could correct it anyway. The master bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the trundle for anyone older than 6 or 7 years old. Very thin springy mattress. I would recommend it but only with those disclaimers first. If you have allergies or are specific allergic to mold I wouldn’t risk it. For us it was just an unpleasant annoyance.

Unit 514 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was excellent however the cleanliness of the place was horrible. The floor had dirt on it, the master bathroom had hair in the shower on the floor of tub and on the walls of the shower. The guest room had dirty clothes under the bed, and it appeared as though someone had swept the floor but swept everything under the bed. The freezer has a ice maker that was not working. We had to buy bags of ice to keep in there. Some of the dishes were put in cabinet still dirty. I had to do some cleaning from the first day we got there. Other than those things, it was a nice place to stay and again the location was great.

Great Slopeside Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to ski and not for the decor. It is a true ski in ski out as long as there is snow. The condo is in a great location beside the slopes and was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and hot tub next door at the clubhouse are a nice touch. The condo itself is basic. The cleaners did an okay job (crumbs in the corners and hard to reach places). The kitchen has very basic utensils and could use a few more pots and pans, but we were able to cook all of our meals and heat up leftovers. I would stay there again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed the proximity to the slopes and the Clubhouse was a wonderful amenity. The unit was comfortable and convenient. Although some of the dishes had been put up even though they clearly were not washed and the coffee pot still had the coffee/filter from the last guests' stay. (YUCK!)If you're looking for a place to stay on the mountain, I would recommend.

Great Location, nice amenities, unit subpar

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing and the main building was great! A couple frustration such as: We didn't have hand soap in the unit, only given 1 trash bag for a 4 night stay, and the snow blowers were right outside our unit and very loud. The beds were not very comfy. When we came in the unit was very cold, but warmed up by the next mid afternoon when we turned the heat on. Hot tub and pool were very nice. Right off Oma's lift which was great and a 10 minute drive to the bottom. We had a great trip.

Love the condos.

We can ski in the morning and ride the lift to the top, eat lunch and ski the rest of the day.

A Great Ski Vacation

We love visiting with you all, everyone is so nice and the room is awesome. Very cozy and comfortable and the skiing is great. Always a great vacation and you will see us again next year!

Winter Break

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would start by saying that overall we had a good trip. However, I was dissatisfied with a couple things. 1-The unit directly beside ours was being renovated during our stay. We found this out not before we booked nor during the significant time period between booking and arriving, as it should have been. We found out our first morning with loud, incessant banging as well as loud music ALL day long. Of course we skied most of the time but during lunch break and after the day ski session, the noise went on and on. In addition, the units are non-smoking, but our bedrooms(located at front of unit) smelled of smoke due to contractors smoking outside the unit. We should have been notified at booking or at least prior to arrival so that we were given the option of selecting a different unit. We called the front desk that evening to express our dissatisfaction. The second day, there was no loud music but construction still went on. 2-The ski equipment rentals was described as "On Sit" however you had to drive all the way back down the mountain to the main ski village to rent equipment. Because of dangerous weather/road conditions on the night of our arrival, we had to do this the next morning which was not ideal and delayed our adventures on the slopes. My opinion is that if you have to rent equipment at the bottom, you should be able to due this prior to checking in. A "will call" packet at the rental location is a suggestion. Again, we enjoyed our trip with family and friends but it could have been perfect without these 2 things.

RATS LIVING IN BED

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started off good on arrival. Checkin was very easy and customer service was good. Unit 216 looked good until it was time to go to bed. When we pulled back the sheets we found rat droppings under the sheets in the second bed room and the master bedroom, both pillow cases had dog food and rat droppings in them (a lot). We called the emergency number and they moved us to unit 514 where all was fine. Feel we should have been refunded some money due the the 1130 at night inconvenience of moving and now my wife will always have a issue with pillows when staying somewhere.
