This Downtown Pismo Beach vacation rental is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft townhome. Beach, Pier Plaza and local attractions just two blocks away at the end of the street.

Living room is furnished with a fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Dining area seats eight along with a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Sleeps 8 people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Ocean views from multiple decks, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining family and friends. Washer and dryer.

One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning

Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fee(s) will apply once approved.

The property was just as advertised. Walking distance to almost everything, clean and comfortable. Definitely will be rebooking on our next trip.

Always a Winner

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent units A, B, and C on Hinds for our annual Pismo summer vacation. They are always perfect for our extended family! So close to the beach and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The condos are beautifully remodeled, and very comfortable. Parking is adequate off of the street, just a little difficult to maneuver with large vehicles! I have a Yukon Denali, and our son has a Ford F-150, and they fit well in the carports, best backed in. The kitchens are stocked with”okay” with equipment, but then, most people don’t cook when they are in Pismo! Everyone at Coastal Vacation Rentals is so great to work with! That’s why we have been with them for over 20 years!! I would recommend these units to anyone visiting the Pismo area.

This place was awesome. Short waking distance to downtown. It was beautiful and super clean. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Once we parked we were done with the cars. Close enough to walk everywhere, beach, pier, restaurants.

Since we travel with family, and extended family, we rent all three condos, A, B, and C. The remodel of the units have made them even more user friendly, and everything is within walking distance.

Short stay with family

Location was central to beach, downtown and all the great hole in walls. Loved the Surfside Donuts and coffee shape less than 3 minutes walking. It was nice BBQ on patio and enjoying evenings in. We will definitely be back again.

Nice location - perfect for family

The only negative about this property is the parking spaces - don’t try to drive your full size pickup and expect to be able to park - it’s really tight - we were fortunate that there was no other vehicle parked next to us or we wouldn’t have been able to park on the property.

Very nice condo for a Pismo Beach getaway!

The condo is as described, and the airy feeling given by the high ceilings was a nice surprise. The furniture was very comfortable including the popular recliner. The decor was peaceful. Spacious kitchen and bathrooms. All wonderful. Just two blocks from the beach, Pismo Beach's plaza, and shopping, it was the perfect location for our grandkids...and us grownups, too.I had a couple of questions for the management company, and they were answered promptly. We'd stay there again.

Nice experience

Property location was fantastic, lots of room! Floors needed to be mopped, left the bottom of bare feet pretty dirty. Other then that everything was great!

Great Views

Views from the master bedroom balconies (yes, 2 small balconies) were both spectacular. The layout is great, very spacious and room for us to have another family over for dinner. There are a lot of stairs and a shared balcony with the other unit off the kitchen level, but the neighbors were great that we had. So, overall rating is excellent.

We are working on the installation of a gate that be opened or closed depending on the situation.

(BBQ was a mess with grease everywhere and we ran out of propane while BBQING on the 4th of July! Garage door opener didn’t work. Seemed to be a lot fewer basic kitchen amenities as in the past.)

It is very spacious and comfortable and offers gorgeous views of the ocean. It is a close walk to many restaurants which we took advantage of and also an easy walk to the beach. The property management company was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

If you have littles, baby gates might need to be added to your packing list as all rooms are upstairs. That was pretty much the only thing that was a miss with this property! Great Christmas week stay!

We had an incredible stay during the week of Christmas at this beautiful townhouse! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the large table in the kitchen which was perfect for seating all 8 of us comfortably. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/restaurants, with stunning ocean and sunset views, especially from the second floor. Kitchen could have been a bit more stocked, as there was only salt and pepper for spices, but overall, we made it work and were able to use the available cooking supplies for our Christmas meals. PS there was a crack in the kitchen window that was present before we arrived, but the rental company is already aware of this.

Amazing location and updated

This property is beautiful! The location is great, my son is only 2 and my daughter 6 and the property felt safe for them. It is close to downtown Pismo and made getting to the beach and restaurants easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. When we arrived and took off our shoes to walk in, you could feel the sand on the floor. Then, that night, when we went to lay in bed, the sheets were gritty and felt dirty. I did let CVR know right away, but just vacuumed the floors and washed the sheets myself. I am thinking that it didn't get cleaned thoroughly because I showed up at 3:30pm and check in isn't till 4pm, so maybe they felt rushed while cleaning. We will be back next year to this property!

The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The neighborhood was welcoming, and the neighbors were super friendly. We were also fortunate to be the only guests in the unit for most of our stay, so it was especially quiet and peaceful.While there were a few things that needed attention when we first arrived, the management team went above and beyond to make things right. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and addressed our concerns almost immediately, which made a big difference in our stay.The home was well-stocked with essentials like plenty of toilet paper and trash bags, which was very convenient. The kitchen also had all the supplies we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.For future guests, here are a few helpful tips:* The parking spaces are a bit tight, so if you have a larger vehicle, it may take some extra maneuvering to get in and out.* There’s a convenient outdoor closet available for storing beach gear like wagons, chairs, and toys—but keep in mind these items are not provided, so plan to bring your own.* To access Units B and C, you’ll need to go through the foyer. Be aware that the door has a very loud alarm when opened—it can be a bit startling at first if you’re not expecting it!Overall, despite a few minor hiccups, the excellent service from the management team really stood out and made our stay enjoyable.

House is conveniently located. Lots of space. Unfortunately the house cleaning did not do a great job. There was hair in the beds when we pulled back the sheets and one of the comforters had stains. The floors were only vacuumed and swiffered so they remained a little bit sticky and did not feel clean. The AC never turned on. It was pretty hot in the house. We had to have all the windows open and fans in every room. The water pressure was great house has beautiful balconies and the house was very comfortable in spacious.
