Welcome to Dutchman 12!

Beautiful home with "lodge-style" furnishings and air conditioning.  Lots of common area for privacy off the back deck behind the home. Large windows let lots of natural light into the great room where guests can curl up with the heat of the gas fireplace or watch the big game. Enjoy your whipping up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen and sit down as a family in the dining room with seating for 8, plus 4 more at the kitchen counter and 4 at the kitchen table.

The main ensuite bedroom has a King Bed, TV and DVD player, large walk-in closet and attached bathroom with step in shower. Plus there's a door leading straight out to the private hot tub.

The second ensuite bedroom has a King bed, TV and DVD player, attached bathroom with step-in shower and a door to the deck and hot tub area.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, TV and DVD player

Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of twin bunks and a TV with DVD and VHS player.

The third full bathroom is in the hall and has a shower/tub combo.

With a private hot tub, gas BBQ, ping pong table and gas fireplace, guests are sure to enjoy the amenities of this lovely home. Take a ride to Fort Rock Park or anywhere in Sunriver on one of the bikes provided with this vacation rental house. There is an extra fridge in the garage to accommodate more food for the vacation.

Cozy Family Home

Wonderful stay with family and doggies. The location was perfect. The home comfortable and the beds were very nice. The kitchen was perfect too with plenty of seating area. We would come back to this very cozy family home. Enjoyed our family time and loved the proximity to all the amenities Bend has to offer.

Extended Family/Friends Comfortable

Dutchman 12 is a great set up for a multigenerational family or two families. Very comfortable home with well appointed kitchen. The location is excellent - easy walk to North Store and great walk to Fort Rock Park. Highly recommended.

Nice Stay

We were a group of 65+ adults with varied mobility issues. The front step almost got us a few times but the simple step into the showers was very helpful. Nice area, although confusing to get in and out of - it all look the same to us! Kitchen was equipped well but coffee cups needed some replacing. The kitchen chairs were heavy for us and not all that comfortable but the dining room worked well for us all to gather. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was peaceful and close to hiking and other outdoor recreation areas. We'd visit again.

Birthday getaway!

My wife wanted a winter vacation to celebrate her birthday and I don't think we could have a chosen a better location! The house was very cozy and inviting and had everything we needed! The management team (Melissa, Haylie and Sam) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was up to our expectations and they really delivered! We didn't realize how many things you could do in Sunriver! Also, my wife's son and girlfriend brought their dog (King George) and the Bennington team even had doggie treats waiting for him when we arrived (very nice touch). The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. Needless to say the group is already talking about making this an annual event! Thanks again for a wonderful property! Mike

Family vacation with pets

It is always hard to find a nice rental property when the family want to bring their dogs. The Deer Park house was perfect for a long weekend with our children, grand babies and the pets. We used the hot tub and the bikes, enjoyed Sunriver Lodge and the Village. Loved that this house is close to the market and north freeway entrance for quick travel to Bend. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Bennington properties was great and we even got to check in a little early. Everything we could have asked for!

Great location, well equipped home, host-Bennington where responsive. We would rent here again!

Great! One note for the owner is the hot water heater, it was cold water after two showers so not adequate for a 4 bed home. We had to stagger showers for 6 during the day.

Stp Looking and rent this one!

after 30 years of going to Bend, I can truly say, this is the best value we have ever had. wonderful house with room for a large gathering. They had all the items needed to enhance our stay both at home and outside. The home owner was extremely helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Getaway in Sunriver

We had a great time staying at Sunriver. Loved the house, the bike trails and the beautiful fall colors. What a great time to visit Central Oregon.

Great Home

Great home for our family vacation with friends. Loved the two master bedrooms and loved how it was located on a dead end where kids could ride bikes throughout the day. Hopefully will be going back.

This place is awesome!

House was awesome! Booked for a winter snowboard trip and have nothing but good things to say about the property. Super clean with ample room for our group. The dogs were stoked as well. Property management was really on point and had everything ready for us well before check in.
