PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

A Relaxing Vacation

Myself, wife and close friends, we had a great time, the townhouse was clean, views were incredible, amazing sunsets, the area was quiet, another great time in PCB, will definitely look to stay there again

Would Love to Stay at this Townhouse Again!

We love the location. This end of the beach is less busy, but still easy to get to resturants and Pier Park. Much easier to get groceries and supplies when needed. The Townhouse is just right and very nice.

great location

Good location, nice updating to unit, pet urine smell by the front door. Wash station when coming off the beach is a plus along with two parking spaces. Easy access to two grocery stores (under 1.5 miles).

Terrific Vacation

We had a great time. Weather was beautiful and the beach was beyond beautiful. Sailfish 7 was comfortable, very close to the beach and more than we could ask for in a vacation home. Very well maintained, cozy, close to shopping, restaurants and most of all, a great price. We are looking forward to 2017!

Cute little townhouse

I have never stayed anywhere that allowed dogs before because I have been worried about cleanliness. Other than one rug that I noticed needed to be replaced, everything looked great. I was very pleased overall. I have already recommended this place to friend for their next visit to PCB.

Amazing Townhouse

This property is absolutely incredible. The pictures don't do it justice by any means. Everything was so clean and up-to-date. Panhandle Getaways was wonderful to deal with as well. My husband and I are just waiting for them to get the schedule for next fall so I can make reservations to stay here again. I recommend this property without any hesitation!!!

Great Location

Right on the beach with easy access. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have 3 full baths. Quiet and nicely decorated. My only complaint was living room rug smelled like dog urine. Not owner's fault but previous guest's fault. Would stay here on my next trip to Panama Beach.

Extremely nice townhouse!

Sailfish is a very nice place to stay. It’s 150 steps to the beach from the back balcony(yes we checked it). The townhouse is very clean and well maintained. There were more kitchen supplies than I’ve seen anywhere else and we have vacationed at Panama City Beach for years now. It has 3 full baths which is great. Plenty of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah by the way it is pet friendly.

I really loved the location and the beach access.

Wish it was a little cleaner for the price we paid. Also really need new beds. The one in the master must of been over 20 years old. Foam thrown on top of a old mattress 🤢

A COZY GETAWAY!

Property was clean and met all requirements of a great rental. Did not even know we were in a "pet friendly" unit. Townhome was decorated very nicely but not overdone. Kitchen was stocked very well. The only thing I did not like were the droppings from the palm tree onto a new car, BUT you did have a water hose, which I used every day.

Beautifully updated and comfortable unit right on the beach

This is our new favorite unit to stay at for PCB! Beautiful, high-end updates throughout. Comfortable bedding and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the deck overlooking the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Walk down and straight out to the beach. The management company was very responsive when we texted to let them know there was no starter pack of dishwasher pods, paper towels, TP, etc. Will definitely be back.

R&R at Sailfish 7

Great location. Beautiful decor. Does need a little more cleaning in areas of front door (dirty finger prints) and ceiling fans (layers of dust) and kitchen counter was sticky. Also had to get a coffee pot first morning as the one there was broke (FYI it is not an automatic shutoff). Sad I missed a walk on the beach but needed coffee for the group. But we did enjoy the stay and would recommend.

Cute townhouse with a great location!

We had a great time at this townhome. The location was great and the beach was not crowded at all compared to staying at a high rise condo. This townhouse has three bathrooms not two as listed which was great! Would like to make a few friendly suggestions: master bedroom balcony didn’t seem very sturdy and may be in need of renovating like the other connected townhomes, the outdoor shower area can use a good cleaning, and the boards outside needs a sealant to prevent splinters. We will be interested in renting this property in the future. Thank you!

Poor communication and cleanliness

Several roaches, floor tile was cracking at joints, smelled like mildew. Half the grilled worked. Was charged extra for my 2 frenchies when I clearly stated I was bringing them. Ie. The main reason we chose this particular unit.

Great Place To Stay!

What a great place to stay! We had 1 car so having 2 parking spaces we could unload without having to worry about hitting someone else's vehicle. We took our small dog and there was an area between the parking spaces and road to walk her. This was very nicely decorated, there was even a small Christmas tree to light up and very clean. We didn't cook anything but it looked like they had what you would need if you did. There's a grill on the deck which we didn't use but it's there if you wanted to grill. You are so close to the beach . You walk down a set of stairs off the main level to a small deck then step down onto sand. There are walkway stones to walk on to get down to the beach. Panhandle Getaways was really great to work with! You're given a code to unlock the door. When we arrived we started carrying our things in taking my phone in which had the door combination in it. Thank goodness Panhandle's phone number was on the outside of the unit that I was able to use my son's phone to call to get the combination. There was a Panhandle office right down the street in case you need something from them. I highly recommend Panhandle and this unit!

Overall, a very positive stay at Sailfish Beachfront property!

Loved the place and it's location which is very close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping on West Panama City Beach. Enjoyed the easy beach access with it's outdoor area for pets. Pet area, due to recent hurricane, was understandably in a mess but able to serve it's purpose. Repairs to fence were underway while we were there and the front bedroom still under repair for damaged ceiling from the storm. None of these 3 things presented a problem during our stay. However, on our arrival at 4 pm, 12/22/18, the tile in main living area was still mostly wet. The smell was very sour! This odor we tracked to the wet, sour mop left in the utility closet. Removed mop to outside deck where it remained throughout our stay. Also a kitchen rug that was in front of the sink had to be taken out due to it's sour smell. With a good airing-out and some frebreze, we were good to go. One other concern is the clothes dryer... the lint filter is broken and not trapping lint as it should. I would worry that it could become a fire hazard. These negative things mentioned were all minor inconveniences. It was a wonderful Christmas week for us at the Sailfish Beachfront Townhome and our family loved our time spent on such a beautiful beach!!! We would certainly return and recommend to others. Thanks for all of your communications in advance of our trip, during our stay and of course your kind reminder to review following our vacation. Great experience!
