Spectacular Sound front views and well-situated beach access are available when vacationing at San De Luna #24. This beautiful sound front three-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home is idyllic for upscale vacationing.

This contemporary property offers a spacious tiled open floor plan for living, dining and meal preparation. The living area is furnished with a sectional sofa, sitting chair and flat screen television. Spacious dining is available for up to six. The bright and airy kitchen is furnished with modern appliances with stainless steel finishes and is topped off with granite counter tops. Living space is easily extended to the outdoor balcony accessed off the living area. The second level continues your vacation experience after meandering up the wooden spiral staircase. The master bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with stylish bedding and the en-suite bath for privacy. Guest bedroom #1 offers the extension of comfort with a Full bed and modern bedding. And Bedroom #2 completes the experience with 2 Twins and soothing bedding.

Townhome amenities include covered parking, outdoor grill and complimentary high speed internet. San De Luna amenities include an onsite (heated) pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. San De Luna #24 gives you a unique beach experience with close proximity to shopping dining and nightlife.

Paradise Beach Homes

We didn't stay at this property because shortly before we were to arrive it was hit by a toronado. Paradise did an amazing job of communication and relocating us. The place we stayed was perfect and we look forward to visiting there again. We have used Paradise Beach Homes for 30 years and they always take care of us.

Pretty nice condo

The condo was pretty clean, the location is awesome. Our only complaint is the check in and check out procedure. You have to go to the property owners office to pick up AND drop off the keys. The keys are actual keys and you only get two! So don't leave without one 😏

Plenty of space walk to the water both sides, perfect pool, tennis courts, local restaurants and shops just a short drive away. A little further you can find the Publix, gas stations and drive through convenience food places. Dog park at the beach made me want to return with our spoiled pup. Management office was convenient and easy to find just down the road from the rental. The place is gorgeous, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Thank you for hosting us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo. The proximity to the bay and the beach were great. The condo was very clean. It could use a couple of upgrades....the dryer was very old and got lint all over your clothes. In addition the kitchen could use some organizing and additions. For example - very limited cooking pans and no can opener. This is not to say I wouldn't recommend this condo. It was great being so close to the state park - we found amazing shells daily. Also - if you have young kids the bay side makes for a very relaxing day.

Loved it, but lacking

The location and unit were awesome. Overall, it was very clean, but the dishwasher did not clean. As we had wash, not a problem, except that we had to reclean most of the dishes in the cabinets. Also, there was only one knife large enough for food prep.

Ocean get-a-way

The ocean on one side, bay on the other, both within walking distance. The rental was clean and comfortable with views of the water from every side/window. Minutes from Fort Pickens, shops, and restaurants. Everything you could need within a few miles.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Pensacola Beach every year. We’ve only stayed at San De Luna and will never look anywhere else. It’s a quiet, quaint and comfortable complex. We love that it’s only a couple miles from downtown so it’s quick drive or Uber ride to all the fun and it’s far enough away that when you want quiet time, you’re not bothered by a thing. The owner has decorated to make the unit feel like home during your stay. The private beach is our favorite. No issues finding your own spot to set up for a few hours or even the whole day. A couple of minor suggestions: Beach chairs would be great. We did leave/donate an umbrella that we purchased as a it’s good to have some shade on the beach and we didn’t have a way to bring it back in the plane. A picky suggestion: with the check-out instructions of getting most of the cleaning done before we leave, the cleaning and linen fee is a little steep. For our sake, at least, and how we maintain a place while we stay, there’s little too no work that needs to be done once we leave other than wiping the place down, sweeping and changing sheets/towels. $175 seems a bit much. Overall, there’s a reason we keep coming back and will continue. Absolutely love San De Luna!

We Love San De Luna

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time renting in this complex. First time in this unit. We love the location on the bay, with quick access to the gulf as well. We leave our boat on the bayside for the entire time. This unit was nice. While we did notneed the extra bed up in the crow's nest, it's a nice additional space for a larger group. The condo was clean and well equipped with needed towels. One issue we always find in most rentals in the poor quality of kithchen items. Two dish towels is inadequate unless you want to run them through the wash every day. Knives were dull, pots and pans were old and not in the best shape. Some upgrades there would be beneficial. The dishwasher was not working properly either, while I could be run, it did not clean dishes, so we ended up having to do all dished by hand all week. All that said, we enjoyed our time and plan to return to the San De Luna condos again.

We really enjoyed the unit it was nicely decorated and had everything we needed! I liked that it was so close to Ft. Pickens also. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: San Deluna 24 is the perfect place to stay. It’s far enough away from noise but only a five minute ride to the boardwalk. The ability to walk off your own deck to the beach is why we continue to come back. The decor in the unit was perfect and made the condo feel comfortable. The only issue we had was the WiFi. It had to be reset multiple times a day. WiFi was also the least of our worries because you don’t go to Pensacola Beach to stare at your phone for a week. The shell searching on the Gulf side at night is amazing! Catch a Blue Angels show (for free) and go see the Blue Wahoos play a game. There’s so much to do during the day and then you get to come back to your own place and either make dinner or go out for some of the best food you’ll ever eat. The owner of this unit really has it set up perfectly for a incredibly relaxed vacation. We will be back!
