Nicely Appointed Sound Front Town Home at San De Luna #12!

Unit #12 at San De Luna is an updated two-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home which offers bedding for up to six.

The San De Luna complex will be undergoing a pool renovation starting at the end of September 2025 until February 2026. At this time the pool will not be usable, please contact our office for special discount rates for this time period.

With an open floor plan, the living and dining room flow with convenience and modern furnishings such as a sofa, sitting chair and a pub style dining set. Enjoy the large 42 in Smart TV in the living room too. The main level living area extends to a balcony with outdoor seating and dining overlooking the tennis courts and the Sound, and features a sleeper sofa!

The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed, comfy bedding and a 32 in. Smart TV. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed offering modern bedding and TV.

The updated kitchen offers granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Condo amenities include covered parking and complimentary high speed internet.

Property amenities include an onsite pool, community grills, and tennis courts. Relaxation and convenience are attainable with dining, shopping and nightlife just minutes away from San De Luna #12.

Holiday weekend trip

Great location. Property is dated and in need of upgraded WiFi, washer/dryer unit as well new rugs. There is a lingering musty smell and dryer when used makes an unsettling, loud noise.

Great location

This was a last minute getaway prior to the kids going back to school and it was perfect! Great location between the beach and the bay! Inside was clean and comfortable for our family. Walking path to the beach was directly in front of the place and was not overcrowded.

Fabulous location

Property was nicely decorated. Everything maintained well. Away from the hubbub of Pensacola Beach but only a few minute drive to restaurants. A good time.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We watched dolphins roll in the ocean almost every morning out back. We have been coming to Pensacola Beach since I was 12 years old, and staying at San De Luna, but this was our first time in #12. This condo NEVER disappoints.

On was the dryer noise when you first start it and the other was trying to use the stove, the numbers around the dials have worn off hard to figure out how to operate. I would suggest supply a semantics for the dials.

We safely rode it out huddled int he kitchen but a flying port a potty hit the whole side of out truck. We took off a day early because we had no power.

Unit this year was “ ok” your at the beach and do have a great location. Interior of condo needs some updating and cleaning for the price! WouldDef stay at San de Luna again just not this particular unit. But I will say.... The rental company was awesome to deal with easy check in check out so kudos to them!

Perfect Last Minute Trip

The sleeper sofa mattress was awful, so if you have a family if 6 I would bring an air mattress. Also there was lots of construction, which was understandable but would have been nice to know prior to booking that there would be roofers working. Also a contractor had to enter the condo to check on windows one morning. All things I understand but would have been nice if the owners had given us fair warning when booking. All in all, I would stay again, the beach access was literally perfect, my family had a great time.

Our first visit to Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After almost 10 years of vacationing in SW Florida, we decided to explore the panhandle and loved it just as much. The property is the most perfect location--just steps away from the gulf and the bay--with great views from almost every room. We enjoyed walks to Fort Pickens daily and the serenity of the gulf beach. If you are looking for a low-key area to vacation, this is definitely it!As for the unit, we enjoyed the living space and open concept as well as views from the living room to the pool and bay area. The kitchen was also pretty well equipped, although it could use a new coffee maker. This unit could use some TLC in a few places. The Master BR bed is a foam mattress and is sinking in the middle. The washer/dryer unit is ancient and incredibly noisy. The unit was not equipped with a blow dryer (first time every in rental for me) nor did it have beach towels or really any beach items. It's missing some of the qualities of "home" when you rent which we've always liked in other places (books, games, cards, spices in the kitchen, etc). We bought beach chairs since the storage closet didn't include any and left them behind for the next guests.We would definitely stay in this area again and hope the owners can take into consideration a few simple ways to elevate this rental.

We did not find the extra bed linens until our last day. They were downstairs under an end table. Wish the furniture were hypoallergenic (leather). Bedspread had what appeared to be toothpaste on it. Upstairs carpet was stained and had a pet odor or urine smell.

Relaxing, Quiet, Absolutely Wonderful

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week. Communication was fantastic with the owners, as I was nervous about renting on VRBO (my first rental). We left home the night before, and then continued traveling the next day hoping to arrive before check-in. We received a text and a call saying we could check-in early, but traffic was so bad that we were going to be late. The place offered a late check-in where we picked up the keys. Very friendly people on the phone and at the pickup. At first arrival, the place was just as it is shown in the pictures. The unit was clean, quiet, and everything was just as it was identified in the description and in the pictures. We went for dinner and then returned to get some rest for the beach the next day. To my surprise, there was a shower hose in one of the bathrooms, which was the non-tub shower. The other shower was a tub and had a regular shower head. Water pressure was good. The downstairs bathroom is a half bath. Kitchen was well stocked, and the refrigerator was clean. The whole unit was clean. Great view of the pool and intercostal from the unit. The first night, we had the AC on at 68 and it was too cold (we're from the north and 68 is normal for me.) The rest of the nights and days we left the windows open that had screens. We didn't turn the AC back on until the last night, because it was a little warmer during the day. Fresh air was great, but I wanted you to know the AC really worked well. Our first morning, I had Publix deliver groceries through their online app (Publix Delivery, there are 2 apps.), and yes they carried them up the steps to the unit. We ate breakfast and headed to the beach, which was on the other side of the road, up and over the sand dune. The beach and water were fantastic. You can see the flags to the west of the unit that will tell you of beach conditions. We saw many jelly fish, but just stayed away from them while in the water. The sunsets were beautiful. Back at the unit, there are 2 places to rinse the sand and salt off before going into the unit. We only slept on one of the beds, and at first it is firm...but it was very comfortable. The only problem we had were the stairs, but that is because I'm overweight and out of shape. For a non-overweight person, the stairs are fine. I just took my time up and down them. The best compliment I can give is that I hope to rent it next year when we return! The company that owns the unit are great.

Great location; well taken care of home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second time renting with Paradise Beach and second time at San De Luna in 2021 although a different home that our last home. Paradise makes checking in a breeze and we were surprised with a welcome basket of goodies. Home was ready for us - clean and well had enough towels etc. Everything worked out great. THe best part is the location with the sound in the north and the gulf in the south. All in all extremely satisfied. A few things to note about this rental - spiral staircase can be tough to take suitcases upstairs. Furniture, TVs and W/D are old and i hope the owner upgrades them soon. In November there is not much direct sun in the patio area. Other than that evertyhing was great. We will be back very soon.

It's next to the national park (Gulf island national seashore/fort pickens) yet not far away from all restaurants and shoppings. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. I have nothing to complain except that the washer and dryer were full of sand. I spent half hour to clean it before doing my laundry.
