Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this spacious, two bedroom, two and a half bath, town house style villa just minutes from the beach, tennis and golf! This villa allows you to enjoy Hilton Head and all it has to offer in one of the most popular resort areas-Palmetto Dunes.

For tennis players, this villa offers two hours of free tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. You have easy access to the most beautiful beaches on Hilton Head Island from one of two beach clubs with facilities. Golfers can enjoy a round on one of the excellent golf courses in Palmetto Dunes or surrounding areas. You have access to miles of bike paths within Palmetto Dunes and around the island. You are only twenty steps from the nearest of two pools.

The roomy living area of this villa has many windows for scenic views. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the deck overlooking the lagoon while grilling on one of the two provided grill (gas or charcoal). Snowbirds enjoy a wood burning fireplace for cooler evenings. There is a wet bar located in the living area and a dining area with easy access to the large kitchen. Laundry room and a large half bath complete the first floor. The Master has a king bed, walk- out balcony, beautiful, bath with double sinks, large tile shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds and private bath with tub/shower. Your party will enjoy the extra living space that this large villa provides.

Palmetto Dunes has 24 hour security and free transportation provided within Palmetto Dunes/Shelter Cove via the Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy (in season). Enjoy the convenience of the General Store, J. Alexander’s restaurant and Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.

Fantastic property. Wonderful owners, we arrived late and check in was seamless. I give it Spacious, Clean, Wonderful location!!!! Everything we needed was there. I visit Hilton Head frequently so I’ve been to alot of places and this by far was one of my favorites.

This was a wonderful place to stay—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Just a quick 2-minute drive to the beach, and the pool is only about 50 feet away, which was super convenient. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We’ve been to HHI many times and this was top!

This unit was very comfortable and left you wanting for very little (all the beach equipment was a nice bonus)! I’d recommend staying here and will do so again!

Great long weekend stay!

The booking process was easy and our stay was great! Kevin and Maria responded quickly to our questions. The condo is terrific. Lots of space and has everything that you need for a fun vacation. Very clean and well-maintained unit. The villa backs up to a lagoon so it is very private and quiet. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck each day. The Fazio Villas are conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes. Very close to some of the courts and a short ride to the Dunes House beach parking area. Nice neighborhoods to ride bikes around also. We had a great stay and will definitely look to book this villa again.

Fantastic All-Around

Would highly recommend this rental. Loved the layout and the ability that the bedrooms were upstairs, but the couch provided a pull out bed downstairs that made it private enough to be considered a 3rd bedroom. Ample bathrooms with renovations it appeared that were tastefully done. When booking I was apprehensive about the distance to the beach with our kids, BUT it turned out to be a 4 min bike ride to the beach and to the general store. It was an even quicker drive down to the Disney Dunes House parking lot where we used the beach entrance. Well stocked kitchen and awesome beach equipment! You do not need to pack any of the usual chairs, beach toys, or umbrellas. 41 Fazio had everything and more for our family, even a beach cart to haul it in. I see us being regulars to this unit. Have zero recommendations or ways this rental could improve. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved it!

We loved staying at this condo. Two families with 2 kids each. It was far more spacious than we were expecting. Everything was so clean and well organized. We’ve been staying in Palmetto Dunes for 8 years and this is the first condo that has provided so much beach gear to borrow. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home - not a rental! We would definitely come again!

Fantastic Getaway

The condo is a perfect location close to the beach and just a short walk to the pool. It was clean and well kept we enjoyed the board games that were there and loved riding bikes everywhere. I would highly recommend this for a family vacation.

Great Place

This place is better than the pictures. It is clean, spacious and in a good location. If I were to change anything it would probably be the thermostat is set on 68 and you’re unable to change it, but I’m sure that because people abused it. Everything was good and we would stay again— sleeps 7 comfortably…. We have 6 and a toddler.

Good Condo!

Good location, 5 min bike ride to beach and everywhere else (rent bikes for week). Nice unit had all the necessities, everything in working order. Super close to a pool.

Townhome is very clean and nicely decorated. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

My mom, sister and I really enjoyed our stay here. Sitting out on the balcony is so peaceful and relaxing. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Couches and beds were very comfy. Communications with property owner were good. They are very responsive and helpful. Location was perfect for us. We’d definitely stay here again, if we ever make it back to Hilton Head.

Pleasant and comfortable

This property was perfect for our needs and included bonuses like plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and even bicycles. The furnishings were comfortable and more than adequate for our family. Pleasant community with easy access to beach, pool and general store.

Perfect winter get away spot

This roomy villa has all the key amenities for a relaxing stay. 10 min walk to the beach, close to tennis and golf. 5 min walk to good restaurants. Lots of bike and walking paths.

Great location

Great location and place has everything you need. The place was pretty worn down though, needs some updating and cosmetic Fixes..... the place was priced on the lower end so you get what you pay for so it met expectations.

Not what I expected - rented for 3 months

I enjoyed the Palmetto Dunes area with all the beautiful trees and paths. The condo was very close to the beach access and it was very easy to ride the bike to many places. The bike rental people were very helpful for my bike issues. The condo had a nice size living room and kitchen but the furniture needs to be replaced and the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The carpet was horrible because many people sat in front of the couches to eat and spilled food and drink on the floor. The two couches have been abused and were VERY uncomfortable. I did enjoy the TV with Netflix and many other channels that were available. When the carpet and furniture issues are addressed then I would certainly return to this Fazio condo.

A good second year!

This was are second year staying for a month. It was all good and we enjoyed watching the alligator (we named Peter?) and his turtle friends in the lagoon. We always enjoy having the free tennis and Pickle-ball and certainly took advantage of it. I had the best pedi at the Marriott nearby followed by a nice lunch at their beach bar. We also discovered on one of our bike rides "The Porch" bistro at the Holiday Inn in Coligny. A friend introduced us to "The Studio" reso off Executive Drive. Be sure to reserve the early bird as it is wonderful food and great value. They have a classical guitarist playing thorough dinner that was awsome. As for the villa it is still a great spot and we enjoyed the beach chairs etc. The place was clean but soon a fresh paint job on the front door and downstairs would go a long way to freshen it up. We would stay again.
