Amazing views abound from the large and nicely decorated living room and master bedroom in Princess 1402! Both rooms have sliding glass doors that lead right out to the 288 square foot beachfront balcony where beautiful sunsets are plentiful! The large balcony has unobstructed views of the beach and nightly sunsets! You can almost reach out and touch the sand. Grab a nice soft blanket and just hang out all evening or go get sandy!

You can also view the sunsets and smell the fresh ocean air from the spacious living room with plenty of seating while watching your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. And don't forget about the DVD players in every room for those movies you can't do without. The adjacent dining room and kitchen are open to the living room. This is open plan living at its best. Any family or friends would fit right in this vacation rental; there's plenty of beds and seating. The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining and fully stocked with everything you will need to have a great time. Blenders are included!! The over-sized laundry room has a great laundry sink and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo has tile throughout and is ready for all those sandy feet and beach toys that are sure to accompany your beach trips!

The large kitchen has been updated and has all the amenities you'll ever need to help make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The wet bar with a bar sink and mini fridge has also been updated with new cabinets. The updates don't stop there. The master bath has been updated to include a large DOUBLE SHOWER with two shower heads!!

Princess 1402 is meticulously maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. No dirty corners or old linens here. The manager personally inspects the condo after every clean and before every arrival! The manager lives at the Princess and is on hand 24/7 to take care of any issues you may have. What you see is what you get when you rent this condo!

The 10' by 30' balcony is beachfront and faces almost due south. It's the perfect place for al fresco dining or to watch for that perfect sunset.
