This lovely beach home is located on the OCEANSIDE, just steps from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean on a private easement. 2 HOUSES FROM THE BEACH in an exclusive private location. Located on Long Beach Island - Harvey Cedars, NJ. OCEAN VIEW Single Family House *5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath*, ~~~~2nd Master bedroom and bath~~~~

Vacation here and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf (you can see the ocean and bay from the 2nd floor living room and wrap-around deck).

Enjoy our restaurants and shops here on Long Beach Island along with all the best the New Jersey beaches have to offer. We are 75 FEET TO THE BEACH. Fishing tackle and crabbing equipment are also available at the marina.

Surfing and body surfing are the great past times as well as sunbathing. Come and enjoy our soft white sandy beaches. Families please. Ranked in the top 5 family beaches in the USA by National Geographic Traveler Magazine.

We had the best time! The location is great. We love beautiful LBI. Especially the quiet north side, the beaches are the best in our opinion. Ed was very responsive with any questions.

Best house! Great Time

We had a fabulous stay at the Zorn Beach house. House was well equipped with all of the essentials and was spacious enough for 2 families (with 2 young kids each). Beach was steps away and a quick ride to Harvey Cedars 'town'. Loved our stay....

Great location

Had a fun family reunion week at Ed's beach house. Being steps from the beach was great. Enjoyed dinners on the deck and watching the sunset. The house was very clean and the kitchen had ample dishware, glassware, and cutlery and even sharp kitchen knives. Ed was very responsive and helpful.

The Perfect LBI Rental

We had the most incredible week at the Ocean View house. The house is the most well stocked rental home we have ever stayed in, and we frequently rent vacation homes.It had everything you could need from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. They generously left us beach chairs to use during the stay. The house itself was large and very well kept. The location was ideal for a family with kids, as the kids could walk back and forth the beach extending the beach day for the adults. We spent both days and evenings on the beach as it was so close. The location in Harvey Cedars is also ideal with a park nearby for kids to enjoy.Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable time in LBi and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Overall it was a fantastic stay. House was nice, but the location was awesome. Beach and bay views from the deck were incredible. Boat rental and tennis courts down the block. House is not new, but very suitable and large enough. Good TV in the LR. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach. Coffee and drinks on the deck while listening to the ocean was really special. The one disappointing issue was that the house doesn’t provide bedding or bathroom towels and that is not advertised on the listing. We showed up unprepared and had to frantically call around to secure them last minute on a 4th of July week. Unnecessary stress and expense since we could have easily bought with us had we known. So the arrival was a little jarring. Overall a great stay.

Perfect location for relaxing beach stay

The house was immaculate and the location was perfect. 1 minute walk to beautiful private beach; well stocked home and large bedrooms with multiple sleeping options. Nice and quiet away from louder more populated/touristy surf side locations. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location for Relaxing

Checking in and out for this wonderful house was very easy. The location is perfect for getting away from everything, but well within distance of rentals, restaurants, and grocery stores. The second propane tank for the grill, which we didn’t need, was also a nice touch. The kitchen was readily equipped with everything we needed.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property and Ed was a gracious host, very responsive. He even personally deep-cleaned the home for us after the cleaning service came to give us peace of mind in the COVID-19 era. Can’t beat the location, with a short walk to the beach, bay and sunset park. Only minor issue for our family was the house was a little less kid-friendly than expected (glass tables, fair amount of personal items in the home — we had 3 kids under the age of 5 with us) but overall we has a fantastic time here. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

High quality

The owner was easy to work with and highly responsive. The accommodations were attractive, spacious and extremely comfortable, with a spectacular view of both the bay and the ocean. Also easy access to the beach.

We had a fantastic time, loved how close we were to the beach.

This house was clean and spacious. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 kids. We all had our own bathroom, had plenty of space to spread out, and LOVED the views. You can sit on the deck and see the ocean and bay. The house was a great size and clean! The beach was very close and it is walking distance from a nice park/playground. There are board games available, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as plenty of books and some toys for young kids to play with. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great 2018 Vacation

House was well maintained and fit the needs of 8 adults and 4 children. Ed and his wife were very friendly. Fantastic location being so close to the ocean. I will definitely rent this house in 2019.

Excellent location! Plenty of space for large family!

The house was very clean. It was well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs deck was really nice. We ate out there every night. You could see both the sun rise and the sunset. Being close to the beach was a big plus. Ed was very accommodating. He would get back to you right away if you had any questions. Having a washer and dryer upstairs and down was great. We loved the house and look forward to coming back next year.

House was comfortable and had excellent views. Kids loved it.

House was well appointed. Kitchen had what we needed to comfortably feed a crowd. Assorted ages could find the space they needed for personal and together time. Multiple decks were a plus, especially the main deck on top with the sunrise view of the ocean and sunset view of the bay. Quiet location. Parking was a challenge with our larger group but we worked it out. Stairs would be an issue for someone with mobility issues but did not slow down our group. Two casement windows need repair - could not get one to close completely. Upstairs was very clean but first level, especially bunk room needed a thorough vacuum. Plants inside and out were beautiful. Loved the blooming orchids! Binoculars and birding books were a hit. Beach was lovely and location guarded which helped with our active bunch. Running, biking and walking is confined to the Blvd and traffic can be deterrent if you are more familiar with the beach roads on the south end of the island but we felt that the quiet setting was worth the trade/off. It's a 25 minute car ride to Bay Village or Fantasy Island if that is your thing. Overall we enjoyed the house and the setting. It made for a memorable and enjoyable vacation for our annual gathering of the clan. Baby says she loves Grandma's new house!

Great Beach House

Wonderful vacation home for our extended family of 9 (altho it can accomodate 4 or 5 more) which included 3 children under 3. Most well equipped house we've ever stayed in. From kitchen utensils & dishware to boogie boards, buckets & umbrella, this house has everything you might need.

Great House, great location, easy access to the beach.

The house is very clean and well maintained with a well equipped kitchen which is open to the living room and dining area that had a series of sliding doors that opened to a beautiful deck with views of both the ocean and bay. (pictures on VRBO don’t do this house justice). Beach chairs, Tags, Umbrellas and Boogie boards were provided. We had 10 people, 6 adults and 4 children, the house could easily accommodate more.

This house is great for large families or two families vacationing together. Open concept kitchen/family room with lots of seating areas for dining. Well appointed deck for lounging and eating outside. We have rented many houses on LBI and this house by far had the most amenities. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Great location close to the beach. Very quiet area. Loved it! The owner is easy to work with and helpful. Nothing to complain about!

Outstanding

Great owner, great house, great location. All the bells and whistles. Our family of 14 fit absolutely comfortably. We've been coming to LBI for 39 years. This is one of the best houses we've stayed in. Very convenient for our one year old up to our 92 year old grandmother.

Harvey Cedars

Excellent location, close to beach. Well furnished and taken care of, nothing to complain about other than Hurricane Irene! Would rent again- no problems or issues. Loved having two washing machines, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, hand soap , garbage bags and beach tags provided. Great family vacation
