Gulf Views and Steps From the Beach! Estero Beach and Tennis Club 1001B.

Very clean 10th floor unit at highly sought after Estero Beach and Tennis Club.
This unit has great views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay. This is a non-smoking, no-pets unit. The grounds of Estero Beach and Tennis Club are immaculately kept and feature a heated swimming pool, large sunbathing area, and direct private access to the beach. This property is nearing pre-hurricane condition, but is still an ongoing construction site due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. Liability waivers must be completed and signed for Estero Beach and Tennis Club and Belfor (the restoration company) until restoration is complete. The swimming pool is now open for use! The tennis court area has been completely redone and is now open with 2 pickle ball courts and 2 tennis courts. Brand new gas grills are located at the tennis court area.
Estero Beach and Tennis Club is on the tranquil, south end of Fort Myers Beach. Fort Myers Beach suffered catastrophic damage from Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. Currently Publix, CVS, and many restaurants are open on the island. Santini Plaza across the street is currently closed with an anticipated open date of Fall 2024. As we get closer to your rental date we can update you on what is available.
There are a variety of activities available to make the perfect beach vacation. The beach is 7 miles long. Shelling, dolphin watching, and bird watching along with sunbathing and swimming are all popular activities. Lover's Key State Park is 2 miles away with hiking trails, kayak rentals, and fishing. Fish Tale Marina is located directly across the road and offers pontoon and fishing boat rentals as well as off shore charter fishing trips (not currently open, anticipated open date not known). There is no shortage of activities on Fort Myers Beach.

Absolutely perfect!

From booking to checkout, everything was perfect. Our host Curtis was very helpful. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. It was our first time coming to the Ft. Myers area. We would stay in this condo again.

Nice view!

We had a good week here. We really liked the balcony and view and also the pool. Traffic was tough to leave the area heading north starting mid afternoon. We did learn of a close by restaurant Flippers that was great. The owner was very good with communication! This is a nice property.

Area is Recovering

Condo was in a great location. The unit was clean and enough room for 2 people. Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. The progress that has been made is a testament to the hard work of all involved. All the residents that we met were extremely friendly and offered helpful tips.

Everything We Needed With the Beach Steps Away

My Wife and i just stayed here at Curtis' place for a week with our 1 year old and we really enjoyed it. The condo was very clean when we got there in all the little ways that show great attention was paid to the cleaning. The condo has all dinnerware required, as well as baking pans, a fry pan, and a kuerig. The only extra things the kitchen could really use are more boiling pots, the lack of which limited our cooking a tad. The condo has 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a little cooler, as well as beach towels and blankets. The property is great, with the pool located right next to the building and the beach a 2 minute walk away. The Ft. Myers beach area is still recoverimg from Hurricane Ian, and lots of places are still being rebuilt. Estero Beach and Tennis Club is one of the few condo buildings up and fully operational, which helps make the island less crowded. Curtis was very responsive to any and all questions and was even flexible with our check in/out times which was a huge help with our odd flight times and having a baby with us. Curtis' place was great at a very reasonable price and we would stay again!

Perfect Home base!

We had a great stay at this unit. It was well appointed and the perfect place to come back to after a day on the beach. The owner was super communicative and kind. We'd stay here again.

Spectacular Spring Break

The property was perfect for our spring break trip! We had everything we needed and were thrilled to be so close to the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the water and sunrise in the morning. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were a wonderful and thoughtful extra to have at the condo! Curtis was quick to respond to any questions that we had from the time we booked our trip all the way through our stay. He even let us stay a few extra hours on the date of our checkout so that we didn't have to rush. My only suggestion would be that a crockpot would make an excellent addition to be able to have meals cooking while at the beach for the day, but we did just fine without one!

Wonderful Vacation

Great location between Fort Meyers Beach and Bonita Springs. Was surprised how roomy it was with an accordion room divider between bedroom and living room that was a bonus. The view of the ocean was nice but limited. Curtis was excellent!! Very easy to communicate with and VERY accommodating!!!

First trip to Floridia and I love it!

This condo is as it is pictured. The location is wonderful. The beach is just steps away and you can walk for miles. The birds are fun to watch, along with the dolphins. I watched the sun rise and enjoyed the lunar eclipse sitting on the lanai. We had a interesting issue when we arrived and Curtis was apologetic and compensated us for the inconvenience. He was wonderful to work with. I will go back when the chance arises.

The view and property were great. Right on the water. My only complaint is the building blocks the sun from the pool area until noon, and the pool closed at 5.

Pros: *Excellent location *Private, quiet beach *Safe area "Love the balcony *Clean apartment Cons: *Needs to update pots and pans *Needs to update towels - ours had stains, holes and bleach marks *Needs to get new beach chairs and umbrella - most of it was broken *Needs to organize and clean out kitchen cabinets. Great vacation!

My son and I stayed in this unit for our end of summer vacation before we return to school. It was perfect for us. The unit was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Curtis responded very quickly each time I had a question (my first time to rent through VRBO). I already miss having my morning coffee while sitting on the balcony and watching the beach and ocean!

Perfect for Couples!

I will start by saying I have never been to Fort Meyers and was very skeptical about going so far south (we are from KY). Now I can’t wait to go back! The condo was clean, had a nice view of the beach, and had everything we needed for the 2 of us. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. We walked across the street to eat and shop almost every day. The food did not disappoint. We also walked across to the marina and did the sunset dolphin cruise, which was also wonderful and reasonably priced (only $57 total). Everyone we met was so friendly and I can’t say enough great things!

Perfect Beach Location

This was a perfect rental for two people. A very short walk to the beach, private parking and an amazing view from the balcony. No complaints, only praises to the owner for sharing with us.
