This beautiful first floor St. Andrews Villa is a 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom with screened in-patio. It is nestled between stunning Live Oak trees and the Legendary George Fazio 14th hole.
The master suite, with a new Marriott king-sized bed and adjoining master bath with golf course views and French doors leading to the covered screened in-patio.

The kitchen is updated with new appliances and has all the amenities you need.

The living room offers spacious gathering area, a sleeper sofa and French doors opening onto the covered screened in-patio. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee, reading or just relaxing while enjoying an unobstructed tropical view. A new 46 inch LCD flat screen TV with high definition cable channels and high speed internet are free extras that will make you feel at home.

Palmetto Dunes Ocean Resort has a storied history of offering unparalleled golf experiences for golfers across the country and around the world.

The internationally-acclaimed Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center features 23 clay courts and two Nova ProBounce courts, eight of which are lighted for night play. The tennis center offers a full schedule of season activities, instructional programs and daily round robin tournaments, and the Monday Night Tennis Exhibition.

Perfect Every Time

This is our second time staying in this property, and we will happily stay again. This condo is perfect for my husband, my dog, and me to spend a long weekend. It's quiet and peaceful.

Oasis on a beautiful golf course

This is our second stay at Kent and Lisa's lovely condo with our furry babies in tow. St. Andrew's Common is a peaceful and picturesque condo community. This condo has one of the best, if not, THE best views of the golf course! There's also a small body of water with birds to view as well. We enjoyed having meals in the screened-in patio area, watching golfers and wildlife. The condo has new flooring and it's absolutely gorgeous! You will enjoy the cozy, beachy vibe of this place with tons of natural light. The condo is fairly well stocked with all you will need for your stay. Kent and Lisa, thanks again for a wonderful vacation to HH. We hope to return with our boys next summer!

Disappointing conditions

1. kitchen outdated, 2. apartment not clean: walls dirty, gnats coming from kitchen sink, bugs on floor, air intake dirty, walls on patio not clean, including dust balls from dryer vent. 3. door latch on 1/2 bath installed backwards - door would not latch/lock 4. door to enter patio is warped and difficult to latch/lock 5. major dust under bed. we coughed/sinus drainage all week - we felt due to dust/dirt.

Worst stay in 20 years at Hilton Head

Kitchen area is germ terrible , look at discoloration in tile caulking. Carpeting is so bad with discoloration. There is not a room in this place without a issue of repair. Bedding not good. Whether it’s blinds not working or door you can’t open or just everything, owner should take this listing off until things are corrected.

Wonderful view but needs major updating and cleaning !

Walked into the villa and was immediately disappointed and taken back as to how dirty the carpets were, plus stains on the couch and ottoman. The place is in need of a desperate updating and full blown cleaning including the window seals and screened in back porch! Couldn’t even sit outside because it was so filled with spider webs and the walls and floor were so dirty. Took pics of everything within a few minutes of walking in (just in case). Piece of flooring coming up in kitchen by garbage can, tile by the sink cracked and broken and the place needs a good extermination. (Every evening we had visitors.) Not cool. 😞 We booked because of the view, just a shame we couldn’t sit back and enjoy what we paid for. Would be a great place, it’s very spacious , just needs plenty TLC.

The condo is in a great location. It is furnished with nice furniture and is pretty roomy for a one bedroom condo. The owner was very responsive to answer any questions, which was wonderful. The kitchen really needs to be updated to meet the standard expected of a rental on Hilton Head. The view of the George Fazio golf course from the condo was really beautiful! We had a great time!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for my husband, my spoiled shih tzu, and me to spend a week. The bike ride to the beach wasn't too far. The pool is very close by and partially shaded. My husband loved sitting on the screen porch watching the 14th green like it was the US Open. It was a very quiet area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect week

We spent our honeymoon and this house and it was perfect! It was a good size for two people, the view of the golf course was beautiful, and it was the perfect location to the beach and pool. We enjoyed our week very much!

Cozy summer getaway!

My husband and I (along with our Shih Tzu Maggie) felt right at home at this condo. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The location of the resort was absolutely perfect—we enjoyed biking the nearby trails especially. It felt so homey, and we will most certainly come back! Thank you, hosts!

Christmas break trip

Great location! Quiet, safe neighborhood close to many amenities. Private beach access. Ground floor unit with a nice view of the golf course. Comfortable bed. Glad it was pet friendly Not a fan of the aging carpet. Kitchen and bathroom updates are needed but they were usable.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our visit very much. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and our little dog. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch that was extremely private. All of the furniture was very comfortable and nice. We also like staying in the St Andrews condos of Palmetto Dunes. Overall our experience was enjoyable and we would stay again at this lovely vacation home. Thanks!

Wonderful stay and location!

We had a great time! The condo layout is great and having coffee on the screened in porch without having to worry about bugs was fantastic! Communication with the owner was great and very quick to answer. Riding our bikes to the beach, tennis and golf was so easy!

We fell in love with Hilton Head Island October 2014 which was our first visit to the island. Living in Michigan we would usually travel to Florida. We made our 1st purchase as we enjoyed all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes, and purchased 2 bedroom Villa. It can be viewed on VRBO as well, property #652736. After a few additional vacations with family and friends loving St Andrews Common, we decided to purchase a 1 bedroom villa, which is directly adjacent to our 2 bedroom. There is nothing better than sitting on the patios listening to the sounds of nature while watching golfers tee off and/or putt. So relaxing!!

We chose St Andrews Villa because, of the outstanding views surrounded by Live Oak trees, walking paths, bike trails and a short drive to the beach. Everything is so close, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, and of course the Dunes house which is on the beach, where you can enjoy an cocktail or bite to eat.

The benefits of this villa is to spend more time doing the things you love. Spending time with family/friends, feeling the warmth of the sun, playing golf/tennis, dinning, walking the beach shopping and relaxing. At Shelter Cove which is across the street, you can rent boats, take an dolphins excursion, enjoy entertainment Thursday evenings.
