Your Island Vacation begins as soon as you arrive at the exclusive gated Villas at Summer Beach.

Nestled in a sanctuary of beautiful trees is your luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor fully furnished villa. Your master suite has a king bed and spacious master bathroom and the guest suite has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TV's and are comfortably appointed.

Your kitchen is open and well-equipped if you want to cook or you can try the local cuisine at one of the many close-by restaurants on the island. Be sure to visit Historic Centre Street for shopping and dining. Enjoy your private screened-in lanai where you can relax with the peaceful view of the wooded preserve. The beach is a short walk or drive or you can spend your days lounging by the villa pool.

No garage access. 1 parking space.

Pets are not permitted. No smoking in the unit, on the lanai, or in the breezeway.

Beautiful villa!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and staying at this villa made the trip perfect. The villa is beautiful and so comfortable. It has everything you need in a home away from home. The location is great and so quiet. We will be staying here again when we plan our next trip to Amelia Island.

Great Vacation - can't wait to go back

Comfortable and private. Close walk to the ocean (about half mile). Condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything was a close drive away.

Gem at American Beach !

Perfectly location for an American Beach vacation on Amelia Island. Beautiful coastal designed condo with excellent amenities. Fantastic screened in porch for lounging. Also an easy ride to Mayport Ferry with fantastic seafood restaurants. Very convenient to grocery store and numerous shops and gas station. Great place for family and friends anytime of the year.

Quiet spot

Lovely spot to get away for a few weeks to the quiet end of the island. Primary bed was comfortable and the apartment had most of what we needed for the stay. Not much around that is walkable if that is what you are looking for but it was great for us. 15 minute walk to the beach and about 20-25 minute drive to downtown Fernandina. Kitchen appliances were nice and laundry were newer. Hangers in the closets would be nice to have as well :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this well designed, well equipped, comfortable, ground level, no-steps condo. We felt right at home. It was a quiet location, the grounds were well-cared for, and close enough to a variety of restaurants, shops, and beaches. It was about 40 minutes from the J-ville airport, on roads other than trafficked 95. Though the weather was cool and changeable from day to day in early March, the pool was a short walk across the street, seating and restrooms close by. Amelia Island has a rich, storied history - the art museum was super interesting, the A.L. Lewis details the history of the southern part of the island, and a tour of the historic area of Fernandina Beach was so worthwhile! Communication with the property mgt office was friendly and prompt, check in easy. We’d love to return!

Lovely quiet area

We wanted a quiet girls weekend and this place was perfect. There was a small issue with air conditioning but contacted host and had issue resolved within an hour or two. Great place to stay would go there again !

Nice, quiet getaway on Amelia Island

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures accurately reflect the property. We have stayed at several VRBO properties in the past. This one is stocked with what you need but not many “extras”. Typically, there are always a few seasonings to use. Nothing here but a little salt. There is some olive oil left by a previous renter. There were no extra garbage bags, we had to buy some. It was a nice surprise to find 2 beach chairs to use. The dryer takes forever! Bed in master was quite comfortable and we enjoyed the porch a lot. Overall, we had a good stay and there was plenty of room for our family of 4.

Well Appointed Condo - Beautiful Area

Very nice condo close to the beach in a beautiful area of Amelia Island! All of the furniture and decor are top line. We needed a place to stay during the purchase of our new condo and this served us well. The condo is very comfortable and it’s an easy walk to American Beach.

Wonderful, clean, and relaxing

The home is even better than it looks in the listing. Just wonderful. Only downside is they are real stingy with the hard little soaps, no shampoo, and just a few towels for a 3 day stay for 2 people. But very clean, very comfortable, very nice, and in a fabulous location.

Stay in Summer Beach

I think the condo was great and the location was nice. My biggest complaint was that the owners have parental controls on the TV and we called the realtor and asked for help and they said they would call us back and never did. This was very inconvenient as the TV shut us out at 11:00 PM. Very annoying when you are trying to watch movies and such at night.

Very enjoyable stay!

My husband & I just completed a 2 week stay at this property and we really couldn’t have been more pleased! The furnishings were nice and the king bed in the MBR was super comfortable (although the fitted sheet on that lovely thick mattress wasn’t big enough so it kept slipping off the corners 😊). The MBA was amazing with a huge walk-in shower and tons of nice storage - even a medicine cabinet hidden behind the sliding full length mirror! Great lighting throughout and a well stocked kitchen. The only slight negative was that the pool area - which is across the street - wasn’t really ready for the season and was pretty dirty with leaves, mildew etc. We didn’t use the pool as the water was too cold but we did sit in the sun on a couple of days. It’s a really lovely area and nothing that a good pressure washing wouldn’t resolve. Overall, just a great stay!
