Located along Bonita Beach Boulevard, this home is a short distance to gorgeous white sand beaches. While you might be content to spend your days suntanning and frolicking in the warm Gulf of Mexico, you could also rent kayaks and explore the coastal inlets of Little Hickory Bay, reel in oversized grouper, redfish, mackerel, snook, and other gulf species with a fishing charter, or fly high above the coast on a parasailing adventure.

The home itself has a relaxing, beachy ambiance created by coast-inspired decor, vibrant, tropical colors, and sweeping views from a screened-in porch. Lounge on the living area's couch or lime green chair to watch a DVD, movie from your Netflix account, or catch up on a favorite cable series during a downpour, or mix a frozen daiquiri and enjoy while listening to the rain's pitter-patter on the porch.

All of these activities will make you hungry, so head back to the condo and get cooking! Quickly whip up fresh ceviche, blackened grouper, of other local fare using stainless steel appliances in the compact yet well-stocked kitchen. Share meals and stories of your day's adventures at the four-seat dining table.

Retire after a satisfying meal and a full day of coastal activities to get great sleep. Up to four guests (two adults at most, please) are accommodated here on the king-size bed and sofabed. Flip on the nightstands lamps to read a good book, or enjoy a nighttime movie on the flatscreen TV. You'll even have plenty of privacy with a room divider that you can pull out to create a separate bedroom space apart from the open floor plan.

Other amenities include WiFi and a shared washer/dryer.

Wake up refreshed and ready to take on new adventures. Your day could include spotting manatees, dolphins, pelicans, and more native wildlife on a boat tour in Estero Bay just a couple miles north, collecting a variety of seashells on Little Hickory Beach (two and a half miles north), or hiking, biking, swimming, or fishing on 712 acres of pristine coastal wilderness at Lover's Key State Park (about nine miles north).

If you're a golfer, make sure to bring your clubs for a tee time at Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club or Bonita Fairways Golf Course, both less than five miles away. If you're in the mood for a fun day trip, head 25 miles north to Fort Myers and spend your day shopping, sightseeing, and sampling fresh seafood dishes in the charming River District (32 miles north).

If you're an outdoors enthusiast and have some time for a longer trip, check out the 720,000-acre Big Cypress National Preserve (61 miles south), home to alligators, herons, raccoons, muskrats, and many more swampland species.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
