Le Jardin is an exclusive gated community in the heart of The Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Our vacation home at 155 Le Jardin is an end unit with pleasant views overlooking a New Orleans Style courtyard. This south facing unit provides plenty of shade on the outdoor balconies . The condo is newly renovated and professionally designed with all new furniture, mattresses, luxury linens and fine art.
You will enter the condo from the first floor veranda which has a wrought iron dining table for six and a Charbroil electric grill for cooking out. The spacious living area includes a roomy sectional sofa with a full pullout bed for additional guest and comfortable lounge chairs. There is a 60 inch smart TV and free Cox high speed internet. Guest also have access to the 1st floor beach closet containing 6 chairs, umbrellas, shade tent and beach toys. The large round dining table has seating for eight plus seating at the bar. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances such as a Viking range, Subzero refrigerator, wine refrigerator and microwave. Also available is a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. All the cook ware you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal is provided.
The second floor master bedroom has a king size bed, 48 inch smart tv and a large closet. The en suite bathroom has double vanities and a soaker tub. The second floor also has a bunk room with a full over full bunkbed and twin pull out trundle. The bedrooms open onto a joining covered balcony with comfortable outdoor wooden furniture. Additionally, the second floor has a separate full bath and laundry.
The third floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, double sided fireplace and walk in closet. The luxurious four piece master bath is outfitted with white Carrera marble and an enormous jetted soaker tub. There is a private balcony with lounge chairs and a comfortable seating area with a partial bay view.
