This beautiful Sunriver home is located on the Private Woodlands Golf Course with sweeping views of the golf course from the upstairs balcony. Amenities include a hot tub, eight SHARC passes, WiFi, A/C,

This home has a bright and beautiful kitchen that opens up to the dining and living areas. It has three queen master suites with one master queen bedroom upstairs and the other queen master bedrooms downstairs. There are two sets of bunks in the fourth bedroom There is a Jacuzzi tub in one of the master suites with separate shower. This home sleeps 10..

This home has five TVs, two bikes, gas BBQ and a gas fireplace.

Main house windows had kids fingerprints, lip marks and boogers on them. Candy wrappers in between the seat cushions. Downstairs bedroom closest to the garage has a plastic protective cover on it that no one could sleep it as it was so loud. Master bedroom mattress worn, you can feel where others had slept. Before check in we asked if there were sleds in the house. Asked through the app. On our last day, two days later received a response saying there were no sleds… there were sleds but we bought some on the way.

The house was in a good location and was a good size. The management company did a great job communicating. The house itself is worn and needs some love like other reviews say. We owned a house in Sunriver so I know the wear and tear of renters and the seasons. That said, there is a lot of deferred maintenance. The carpet is stained like everyone says. The pool table has a large gash in the felt that looks like its appendix was removed. All of the doors in the house squeeked which woke others up. The outside doors didn’t prop like they were supposed to. The downstairs shower I used barely had water pressure. It’s a good house, it just needs the necessary love to improve it for renting.

Great location and space. It's just tired and worn.

Like all of the reviews before, this house is in a great location and is a nice size. The house is just tired and worn and needs some TLC. We owned a house in Sunriver and know that the weather and renters can be hard on things but this house just needs some pf the basics put back into it. Yes, the carpet is stained but it's not a deal breaker. All of the door hinges squeak and wake the house up. The screens to the patios have broken props. The pool table felt looks like it had it's appendix removed with the large gash in it. The downstairs shower barely had water pressure to it. It's a good house that shouldn't take much to bring it back.

Family friendly

The space for sleeping was great. Each room had its own bathroom and shower so that made it comfortable for all. The very uncomfortable part were the beds. They were very hard and made for a lack of sleep. Also, we were told there were 4 bikes but there were only 3. Plan ahead. Right along the golf course but could use some upgrades in the home.

Family getaway!

The home is LARGE and perfect for bigger families. Home was clean a bit dated but for the price, location and size it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather in the common areas with out feeling like we were ontop of one another. Would definitely stay again!

Great Property/View but Falling Apart

The property and space and view was great overall. We had a lot of trouble with toilets and the dishwasher and sink, etc. The property management company was friendly and quick to engage and fix a few of the issues, but there were things that didn't get fixed as well as things we didn't even report because we were tired of the issues. There was never an offer to fix it all or credit anything back to make it all better, and it was very expensive.

Good space but like others have said, needs to be updated

We stayed a week with a group of ten. Like other reviewers have stated, the carpet is to the point of being gross, one out of three light bulbs in The downstairs bedroom we used worked. The deck railing was super wobbly, rings around the bathtub and toilet we used. Dishwasher is on its last leg missing wheels on the top rack. The beds were of the less expensive Swedish variety and mattress was very thin. On the plus side location is right on the golf course and it is fun to watch the golfers from the deck (just don’t lean on the rail). The layout of the house is perfect for more than one family and was nice and cool in the hot summer while we were there. If you are okay with the issues above and have a party of ten then it is a good place to stay but this being our 4th Vacasa rental in Sun River it was the least nice place we have stayed.

Disappointed

This house is in a good location, but there are a lot things that need addressed in this house. Filthy carpet, racks in dishwasher broken, only a choice of hot water or cold in kitchen. We opted for hot so we could have clean dishes. Had to use bathroom sinks to get cold water. Dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before using. The downstairs queen beds were so awful we didn’t sleep hardly at all. The bathroom downstairs doesn’t drain, you stand in water as you shower. Couch was dirty, crumbs in between cushions. Refrigerator didn’t cool very well. Microwave is a in bad shape. Fix up this place and clean it and it would be a nice place.

Could be great, but not.

The space is great, but its dirty and needs upgrades badly. This is our note to the renters today: We were unable to close the dishwasher this morning. It's in bad shape in general, the wheels fall off, the top rack is not stable. It really is barely usable. Also, for 10 guests, I would suggest more than 3 dishwasher pods- the house holds 10 people and w Christmas we ran it multiple times over our 4 nights. Utensils fall out the rack bc there's wholes in that. We left a wheel for the bottom rack on the counter. If dishes aren't washed 1st they don't get clean so we had several dishes that were in the cupboard dirty upon arrival. There was a broken sharded wine glass in the cupboard. There was no dish soap at all. We bought some but that was disappointing. The ovens buttons are broken, the toaster was terrible the pop up buttons broken We loved the layout but the kitchen appliances were hard to use and shoddy - We also felt like the carpet and couches were pretty dirty. It's got great potential. More bedding for cold nights would be helpful too.

Family Vacation Meetup Point

This location was chosen as a central meeting point for several family members. Location was great, but we experienced several issues that were disappointing and unexpected when renting a high-cost home such as this one. For over $800 a night we had the following issues, all called in, but none resolved or followed up on. 1. Broken chairs on the deck. Glad we checked before sitting down, both chairs were completely broken and should not have been on site. Cheap chairs for location also. 2. Dishwasher broken - both the top and bottom slides. Parts laying on the counter with no warning. When sliding the top section where glasses go it fell off the rail, thankfully no glasses where in it and no one was hurt. Bottom section also did not slide, so it was not useable (called, no action) 3. Pool table in bedroom, but NO cue sticks! Kids very disappointed (called, no action) 4. 5 bikes listed, all needed major work (flat tires, stripped handlebars, missing pedals), spent 2+ hours fixing. In the end, two could not be repaired so we had to spend extra funds to reserve 2 additional bikes. 5. Very limited paper products (no paper towels, 1 extra TP with 4 bathrooms). 6. A/C did not work. House was 80 degrees when we showed up, A/C was set at 70 but stayed hot until evening when could leave the windows open. The house is a nice set up with the bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. But it is clear this only an income home and not taken care of well with all the issues. Things happen, but this was much more than expected and disappointing for the cost.

Cute place, great space and layout with 3 master bedrooms!

This place was perfect for my family vacation. 3 master bedrooms meant that my wife and I had one, my mom and step-dad had one, and my (adult) brother had one, while the kids stayed in the bunk room! The space is beautiful, right on the golf course and has all the amenities. There were a few "quirks", however, that need to be addressed. The kitchen faucet was pretty broken and would only produce extremely hot water, one of the downstairs master beds had a HUGE sag in it and was extremely uncomfortable, while the other one was very hard, the dishwasher top-drawer is broken and falls down with any amount of dishes on them, and the silverware basket is full of holes, so it doesn't even hold silverware correctly, and all of the storm doors need some WD-40, as they are extremely loud and creeky. Other than these simple fixes, this place was a pretty great experience.

Lots of Stairs

We are five seniors and don't think any of us realized how many stairs were in this house. It was a good house and aside from no scissors and only a very few teaspoons, it is well equipped. We were unable to locate pool cues or the counterweight for the umbrella. Being right on the golf course was great entertainment.

Large home but could be better

We were happy with the size of the home, but it was not well stocked. No plastic cups/bowls/plates, one pillow per spot in a bed. No extra chairs on the deck- two broken plastic ones in the corner. The dishwasher was badly broken we could barely use it, like the top rack is falling down, the microwave handle was broken (with an old sign that said a new one had been ordered). Beds in two rooms had so many broken slats we were worried they were dangerous. Good location, great size but probably wouldn't stay again.

Red Cedar Escape

This property is great for large family gatherings. The large windows give great views all around. It’s a quiet neighborhood and relatively close to the river. The house itself is starting to show its age. It could use some maintenance to freshen it up. It’s not very close to the Village but we didn’t care. We were more interested in being closer to the river.

The house was comfortable and pretty well stocked, more towels would be helpful. The land scaping is sloppy it would be ok if it was a natural setting, but it's been landscaped and now not maintained. The center bedroom shower drain is clogged, and light is burnt out, the carpet is pretty stained, no umbrella stand was a hassle.

Annual family trip !!

We loved staying here !! Loved the golf course behind us !! The only thing that would be better would be better mattresses and honestly king size beds would be great !! The kids loved their room !!

What a great place this was for our family reunion! It was well cleaned and the kitchen well stocked. 3 couples had their own bedrooms with bathrooms and the rest shared the bunk beds. The open living room and kitchen area was great for the group and also offered enough area for small groups to chat. The only things that were a drawback was not being able to have a couple of cousins over from Bend to visit as we had not all been together for over 50 years. The other was not having a couple of lights in the bunk room for reading. Great place!!

good house, poor property manager communication

I asked a few questions in advance and the property manager never got back to me. I expect more from a professionally managed home. The home itself is nice and as described. Nice backyard right up on the golf course. Beautiful fireplace. Only complaint is the electric cooktop is a royal pain to turn on. Even following the provided instructions it took 20 minutes to get it working.

Amazing Home.....

After days of looking for the perfect place, this one came across the feed, and exceeded my expectations. The master bath delicious, hot tub, pool table in the kids room. Everything is modern and updated. Each of the many rooms has a beautiful view of the golf course. And the neighborhood is adorable and immaculate. Also, being last minute, I booked the night before, which was no problem. Thank you!

Cozy Family Home!

Loved staying here and most of the family has never been to Sunriver! Cozy house, amazing deck and hot tub access, big open kitchen which was great for family meals, and the kids loved the playroom. Would come back here again. Shoutout to Chris from Customer Service in Vacasa who helped us locate a couple of things around the property.

Girls weekend

The house great, lots of room for all of us. I wish check out was 11 or 12. Its currently at 10. There's nothing open at 10. Wish we could of went to the bend outlets. Instead we just headed home.
