This two bedroom unit features full kitchen, screen porch, 2 full bathrooms, cable TV, wifi, coffee pot maker, washer/dryer and more! The unit has access to pool, golf and Huntington Beach State Park during guest stay. The master bedroom has one king bed with access to the screen porch and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Both beds are brand new for the 2022 rental season as well as a new desk, plus an additional reading/laptop area. Rental of this unit also includes use of a Huntington Beach State Park pass and you are minutes away from shopping, dining and Pawleys Island Beach! Pawleys Plantation is a private gated community with golf, pools and quiet tree lined streets. Spend a long weekend or a week in this super unit. Call today for more details.

Beautiful location

Love our stay and loved the layout of the rental. Could easily have a couple stay,, comfortable! Master bedroom would be more comfortable with a ceiling fan

The location was great; Pawleys Plantation is a beautiful community. The maintenance staff was very responsive in fixing a small issue that we had with a spot in the porch screen coming loose due to a squirrel. We had an excellent stay.

Summer long weekend

The location of the property is great. Such a gorgeous quiet community, as a contrast to the busy beach, it was very relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. The rest of the condo had everything we needed!!! The only problem we had is that there was no pool key. We called Tidelife rentals and had trouble getting ahold of them on a Friday morning at 10:00 am. We left a voicemail and finally received a callback that the key should have been left on the kitchen counter, but apparently was not. So they stated they were going to try to locate the pool key, but we didn’t hear back from them all weekend and checked out Monday morning. With kids this was a disappointment and we felt like this is something the property management company should have verified before we even checked in. Other than that, the condo was great!

We rented this property while we were moving my parents out of their home in Pawleys Island. The property had what we needed - it was quiet, not far from their house and had a nicely stocked kitchen. The property could use a refresh and we were disappointed that we couldn't get into the pool area.

If I had one thing bad ( not really bad) they really need a bigger garbage can in the unit it only holds a couple of things and with 6 people we were taking garbage out 3 times a day.
