Spectacular Views and Deep Water!

Fabulous lake front home on deep water on Lake Lanier. This home is the perfect get away for family gatherings, last minute weekend trip, fishing retreats or just to explore north Georgia. The house is also located in close proximity to White Laurel events estate, it is a perfect place to stay if you are in town for a wedding or an event. Large home allows everyone room to spread out, but we do limit the number of guests as this home is not suitable for parties/events.
We are located on deep water with spectacular water views from the house. The new dock is literally just steps away with plenty of covered seating plus a shade sail on the party deck. New dock furniture as of April 2023 allows ample room for guests to relax and take in the views. Explore the lake using the house kayaks, swim off the dock or tie up your own boat to our dock (guests can launch their own boat at close by War Hill Park ). In the evenings you can enjoy dining on the large screen porch overlooking the water, watch movies, play ping pong or board games. This is a very quiet part of the lake and the fishing is good off the dock, from kayak or owner can direct you where to take your own boat for the best fishing holes nearby. Ideal location just minutes off of GA 400, the outlet mall, movie theater, Kroger/Publix, a variety of restaurants plus even a day spa! Also a scenic drive (<10 miles) into Gainesville where there are multiple shops and restaurants on the square to enjoy after getting off the lake.
