The location is just perfect between the hotel Paradise village and the Occidental Hotel, Right on the heart of Nuevo Vallarta well known sandy flat beach. Jog or walk for miles in both directions. No other beach in the bay offers this flat and perfectly safe ocean conditions, for the youngest kids up to the loveliest grandparents!

This two bedroom condo with a partial ocean view welcomes you, we just upgrade our kitchen, each bedroom has two double beds with full bathroom and TV.

Extensive fine dining options and shopping are available across the street . All budget options are available in the paradise plaza, including a number of local restaurants and fast food court.

You want to cook, our fully equipped full size kitchen is perfect for in-room dining, for those who plan to stay longer.

You do not want to go out or cook, just call and Pizza, sushi and others will deliver to your door.

Golf anyone? Flamingos, El Tigre and Mayan Palace Golf Clubs are just five minutes away; all of them public courses with special rates available all year long.

At check in there's is ONE Mandatory codo set up of $25.00 USD and then Daily mandatory cleaning Fee of $5.50 usd per person, Beach Towels are optional, Guest are expected to comply with all resort policies

Victoria’s daughter Anna is who we dealt with while on the property. The grounds and the pool areas are very clean and well kept up. Plenty of chairs and tables. The easy access to the beach is excellent. The condo is in need of some up grades. We would consider a stay next year.

We loved the quiet vibe and lovely beach. The owner was responsive. However we had inconsistent hot water.

Great location, needs some cleaning and maintenance

The price is very reasonable. The location really is unbeatable. The beach is beautiful and is only steps away. The pools and grounds are lovely and very quiet. Right across the street from a nice mall that has several restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. Also close to bus and taxi. Walking distance to restaurants and the Tuesday market. However, the unit itself is in need of some serious TLC and a good cleaning. For example, one of the kitchen cabinet doors is falling off. We had to scrub the dish drying rack from under the sink before we used it, as it was quite disgusting. The outside lock is a simple bathroom door type, and there is no safe in the unit. A deadbolt or slide bolt would be nice. There was no sink stopper or kitchen linens, and the towel complement was two hand towels (for 2 bathrooms) and one bath towel each. There were no facecloths. There is daily housekeeping which is very nice. This unit has so much to offer-it’s just a bit of a fixer-upper!

If it wasn’t for the location, I would never have rented this condo.

Although Victoria and Daniel were attentive, the condo, especially the second bedroom and bathroom were very rundown as a couple of reviews had said, and the owners replied that all was to be fixed…. That was 3 years ago. Nothing has happened. Unfortunately the entire condo is in need of a major renovation. The kitchen looks nice but lacking cookware. The stuff that is there, is old. Thankfully Victoria sent over some new pans but that still wasn’t enough. The fridge stunk like fish that we could not get rid of. No dish towels provided, sponges, you have to buy everything. Some of the dining chairs are broken, the walls throughout the condo are in bad shape. Pieces of plaster missing, dirty, screws sticking out everywhere. The main room is ok as is the bathroom. As mentioned, the second bedroom is a disaster. The dresser is falling apart as are the closet doors. The doors are cracked and door frames are broken or parts ripped off.. the lamps in the bedroom were beyond filthy ! Other bathroom for the second bedroom is disgusting. The shower door is broken, and just down right filthy. There’s this room that may be used for storage that has some sort of odd laundry sink is disgusting. There’s a cupboard of sorts that has missing doors and literally falling apart. There aren’t any brooms just a dirty old mop. The owners just need to put a lot of TLC into this place especially when they’re asking for a substantial amount of money. Yes, you pay for the view, the convenience, the location, but you also pay for a decent place to stay., which sad to say, this condo is not. This review is just to make other renters aware so they’re not in for quite the surprise/shock that we were. We stayed here for 6 weeks.

Tuve problemas con la reservación ya que me dijeron los de recepción mi reservación no estaba que el dueño del departamento no les había notificado y tuve que hospedarme con mi familia en otro hotel una noche hasta que por medio de la aplicación pudieron contactar al dueño y cuando hable con el me hecho la culpa diciendo que yo no me presenté al lugar que los de recepción le habían dicho eso por eso cuando hable con ellos al siguiente día les pregunté y dijeron que al dueño se le había olvidado mandar el aviso

Needs some love

The condo requires a bit of upgrading. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. One of the patio doors has no screen. The shower doors do not slide properly and in one of the bathrooms the window is just sitting there, not attached to anything. The wall in the dining area requires some repair and paint. There are not enough functioning electrical outlets. The kitchen faucet should also be upgraded. The location of the condo is great. It is on the beach, a beautiful beach. The pools are also great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good location

The room we stayed in could use a bit of an upgrade and refresh as far as couch and chair. Bathroom sink tap and shower heads could be replaced.

Exceptional location!

The view of the pool,the gardens and the ocean is very beautiful.We had our meals on the balcony.We even hear the sound of the waves. The beach is amazing,long and wide,no algae or rocks,just beautyful soft sand.Perfect to walk for miles. Across the street is the Paradise plaza where there is bank,grocery,restaurants,shops.It is easy to take a bus or a taxi right in front of the mall. Housing would need a little care:the shower doors are difficult to slide,the plaster of the walls is broken and need to be repainted.In the living room,the sofa is very unconfortable. The kitchen is well equiped although the toaster doesn't work.We bought some dish towels because there are none. In addition to a mandatory fee of 40 pesos per adult per night for use of the facilities at pool and beach and not for the maid as we had been notified,unexpected charges for sheets and change of towels for the shower and the beach are charged.Why not notify us of these fees at the time of booking? At the check out,we are told that we have to pay for the cleaning of the kitchen while we washed the dishes and tidy everything?... The cleaning staff and the staff (reception,beach,snack bar) are very smiling and helpful. We always felt safe. Despite some inconvenience we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Great time at a great property

We stayed in this suite for a family vacation and had a great time. As noted in previous comments, the suite is a bit worn down and could use a refresh and some repairs. The suite has a great pool and ocean view, so the pictures should be updated. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the kitchen dishes were a little dirty when we arrived, which is the responsibility of the previous guest. The kitchen had one cloth and one dishcloth that were also not clean. It would be nice if dish soap and a scrubber where supplied, so you don't have to purchase. This didn't impact our stay, just sort of a pain to wash dishes upon arrival. The condo facility itself is wonderful, the pools, the beaches, the beach bar- all was perfect for our stay! We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful location with great space and amenities

This condo is very large and in a fabulous location, with lovely beach, spa and several pools. The view is amazing. Maid service and staff are very responsive, but there is a modest resort fee and linen fees, which were a bit unexpected. The kitchen and bathrooms are up to date, and the beds were comfortable; only a few cosmetic flaws (loose tiles, door jams worn) which did not affect our stay. Furniture is a bit oversized for the dining and living room and a new couch is recommended. Overall, a relaxing and secure place to stay in lovely Nuevo. Spa services were excellent and convenient.

Location is absolutely perfect!

We stayed at this resort for 2 weeks in February, 2017. The grounds are immaculate, the main pool is HEATED - a definite plus in our minds - and the staff are all very friendly. The mall across the street was also a bonus. Starbucks, several restaurants and a grocery store so close by came in handy. Though the suite itself could use some attention to detail, there is a new gas stove (with oven) new fridge and also granite counter tops. There is AC in all rooms though we only used it at night for sleeping. Internet was spotty at times but no biggie. Daniel was a breeze to deal with and we have already rented the suite again for a month in November/December, 2017. Over the last 2 years, we've been looking for a place that we could rent for at least a month twice a year and I think we've found it. I definitely would recommend this place. Thanks Daniel!
