Gorgeous designer home with 52' of glass, an enormous private yard with a fire pit and seating for 14, 20' water feature, The entire back of the house has a covered patio with seating for 20. Very serene, peaceful, birds, and secure. The house is located on a double-wide cul-de-sac very quiet and private, camera security system. House has been remodeled and has a state-of-the-art modern kitchen with automatic Blum cabinets, just push a button to open and close. New designer custom furniture, two dining rooms with seating for 16. The TV/Entertainment room with 70" flat screen TV and surround sound. Wireless and remote, the master bedroom has remote shades and a TV. which comes out from the wall. Perfect for vacations, music videos, and film shoots. Celebrities call this home. Plenty of parking. This is important to read and acknowledge: If you rent the home and use it for an event, filming, party etc without written authorization there will be a minimum fee of $5000 per day. The house is to be used by the number of people contracted in this agreement, only.

We had the pleasure of staying in Terry’s home for several months after moving from the UK, and it was exactly what we needed during our transition. From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable and familiar, like our own home, which was such a gift after an international move.The house itself is a mid-century gem, beautifully maintained, with a lush backyard and an unbeatable location. Every convenience is thoughtfully provided, making day-to-day living effortless.Terry was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even going above and beyond with support unrelated to the rental.We wholeheartedly recommend this home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if the need arises.

Magnificent Sherman Oaks Home

Just ended a 34 night stay at this wonderful home in Sherman Oaks. The location was terrific and we found it easy to get around to many great locations including Malibu, Hollywood, LAX and Burbank airports among others. The home itself is absolutely fantastic. Super clean and very private. The back of the house features massive floor to ceiling windows that focus on beautiful backyard with multiple seating areas and Water feature. The indoor outdoor concept gave such a peaceful feel to the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to make full thanksgiving meal Family room has massive couch that is so comfortable Living room with fireplace and great seating to chat and unwind. Beds were super comfortable and high end sheets and towels. We have stayed at several high end rentals and this one was among the best. Terry the host was outstanding to work with and very responsive and accommodating. You can not go wrong with this house.

Lovely home

This is a beautiful property and is lovingly maintained. The neighborhood is idyllic and the neighbors could not be more friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the LA area.

Perfect house for our familiy, caring host w/ excellent communicaiton

The house was perfect for our family of 5, we had a great time in the yard with bbqs, games and cozy fireside chats. The house is beautiful, clean, properly maintained and had everything we needed and more. Everything worked just fine, and if there's anything left you wish for, just let Terry know, she'll have a helpful reply for you in no time. She was just the best and kept going out of her way to make sure we had the best experience.

Terry was an outstanding host and we would rent this property again and would highly recommend her! House was very clean, quiet and in a great neighborhood on a cul de sac. The bedrooms and living areas are beautifully appointed and the kitchen is outstanding. Backyard is great for entertaining and the fire pit is a must. House has a very cool feel to it. Location was perfect for visiting the LA area. Very centrally located to the airport, Hollywood area, Beverly Hills, downtown and the beaches. Superb rental.

Comfortable, beautiful!

Careful thought has been given to every need, from the softest sheets to the extensive assortment of wine glasses, and from an abundant supply of closet hangers to access to more TV channels than I thought possible. Terry was gracious and accommodating in introducing me to the house, and I felt completely at home during my stay. Thank you, Terry!

Firstly the pictures do not do this house justice, it's absolutely gorgeous. Terry was so gracious and helpful, she made us feel right at home. We will definitely return next year!
