King bed, queen bed, 2 rooms of twin beds, sleeps 8 people very easy.

Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30.00 per day if needed.
Please note if you paid for pool heat between November and March, the solar pool blanket must be put on at night before going to bed so the heat is not lost from pool at night.
If outside temps drop below 53 degrees , pool heaters will not work.
We do allow up to 2 small breed dogs and its $50 pet fee non refundable if you bring your dog, must be outside potty trained, and not allowed on furniture or beds. Please follow leash rules and pick up after your pet uses bathroom outside..
