Suite 214 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of beautiful Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Small soaps are provided. Suite 214 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, dining table, and living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

This condo had a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix. It was very, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The condo is in a great location as we could walk to the many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Felt like home.

From start to finish we felt like we were at home. The staff made us feel more than welcome and the condo unit itself did the rest. The property was exactly as described and has everything you need including a perfect location and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

We keep returning due to its excellent location and well kept units.

The cute condo was mostly updated and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The downtown is very walkable which we took advantage of for dinner 2 evenings at Cafe Sante, so delicious! Always have to mention when the place has a comfy bed, which it did, and shades that block light which is always so helpful to sleep well on vacation. Thank you!

Great stop

Great stay, beautiful property, great location. It is walkable to resturants and pubs with a nice view. The discrepancies I wanted to make you aware of - it didn't really affect us, but may affect a future guest. The description has 4:00 check in, and the arrival email says 5. Also, the Vbro decription has a jetted tub, but that unit only has a stand up shower. My husband and I travel on business, so it really doesn't matter but it may impact a destination stay in the future. Thank you!

An absolutely wonderful establishment with people who care about your stay.

Winter stay talked with office staff many times due to questions and they were welcoming and kind. The location is stunning and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the shore was an added bonus. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Extremely clean, well appointed, and well stocked kitchen. Laundry facilities and ice maker area well maintained. Quiet location; seldom heard the neighbors even when sitting on the balcony. Staff were available by phone and in person. Would definitely stay here again.

Boyne City was very close with a wide variety of things to do. Dined in Walloon close enough to drive, six miles, great little town glad I was in Boyne. Won't be disappointed.
