Suite 114 is a ground-floor suite, completely remodeled and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Small soaps are included. Suite 114 has a kitchenette all ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private patio that offers direct access to our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

This unit also has an adjoining door with Suite 115. If you rent both units, we can unlock the door so you will be able to access both units through their living areas.

Only negatives were the air conditioning unit that let in a significant amount of freezing cold air. We managed to block it with a blanket and extra pillows (VERY windy night 3/1/25) and couldn't find any hot pads for pulling hot tray out of toaster oven.

Reviewer Comments: nice unit/furnishings/location. the weather was cold, snowy & very windy during our stay. that's to be expected in N. michigan in March, however our issue was that the thru-wall A/C unit was not weather sealed. with the wind blowing like it was, it seemed as if there was a window open. also, couldn't get the temperature above 67 degrees, regardless of the T-stat setting. unsure if the system wasn't working properly, or, if there is a T-stat controlling the entire building and the T-stat in our unit was not functional. overall, it made for a chilly weekend.

Our condo 114 was very clean, updated and well appointed with all we needed to stay for 4 days. Lots of dishes, glassware and pans. There was a supply of spices.
