Suite 213 is a second-floor suite, remodeled and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Suite 213 has a full kitchen, including a full-size oven, and is equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This condo boasts beautiful granite kitchen countertops with extra space for a barstool seating area. The dining area has a table for two, and the living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

I am disappointed as I searched on (and was confirmed to have via my confirmation) a 2 BR/1 BA unit. When we arrived, we had only a 1 BR and a pullout sofa, which is not what we had elected for our family vacation. We found that this destination only had 1 BR offerings - no 2 BR. I feel like we were charged for less than we received.

Our Annual Northern Getaway

The location and views of Lake Charlevoix are amazing. We come up to relax, play a few rounds of golf, and enjoy the fine restaurants that are nearby. We also rented a boat this time at Summertime Rentals and did a little fishing...the staff there was also very helpful and friendly. You always know when it’s 10:30 in Boyne City... We will be coming back for many years to come.

Lots to do within walking distance. Bella Vita is a must for their lasagna and Walleye... a/c unit could be better, fortunately hasn’t been too hot when were there and there is a great cross breeze. Couch could also be updated. But still love this place. Back next year.
