Suite 309 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchenette offers two barstools for extra seating and a dining table for two. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

The view was great! We were able to watch a snow squall blow in across the lake and eagles flying in the morning.The room was sanitary, but we were a little disappointed as we had family members staying in other units that had more updated features. Their units had an oven, hard floors, and unstained carpets. The front desk staff were all very welcoming!

Incredible stay!

Amazing location! Beautiful Views of lake Charlevoix, close to everything in Boyne City. Comfortable and cozy accommodations. Perfect after a day skiing. Can’t wait to return!

Nice but musty

The property was clean and in good shape, but slightly dated. There was a musty smell on the main floor like the carpet had been wet and never properly dried. My gorlfriend and I both have mold allergies and they flared up during our time in the condo. We would both feel relief when we left the room and are slowly feeling better now that we have been out of the condo for 24 hours.

Great stay in the winter

This allowed my family to spread out while I was away working. the only issue I had was the upstairs tv/cable only worked the first night, and no matter what we tried to do to fix this it didn't work. It would have been nice if the balcony was shoveled off so I could step out and get better pictures of the view but that was less of an issue.

Boyne City is very dear to my heart!!Accomodations were excellent! Came with couple sisters for a surprise visit as our cousins from MS were staying here in our cousin's (Bill) place. We had a wonderful time ! We will be back soon!

Had been to this rental since 2018 but with my recent trip in July 2023, I’m rethink booking at another rental.Sad
