Suite 215 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a bathtub. Small soaps are provided. Suite 215 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This unit has a full-size dining table and a spectacular view of the city with it being an end unit. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

The condo was beautifully renovated, well appointed and immaculate - I couldn't find a speck of dust or anything out of place if I tried! I wish I could move into the Water Street Inn and live here forever! I will be coming back as much as I can and definately using Northern Michigan Escapes for future rentals in the area.

Beautiful, clean and great location on Lake Charlevoix

Excellent view of Lake Charlevoix and morning sunrises, just a flight of stairs away from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for a couple, probably room for a couple of children as well. There was a property manager on sight everyday during business hours. Fortunately we didn't need anything but nice to know someone was there if we did. Location was excellent, 5 minute walk to just about everything in Boyne City and an easy drive to Petosky, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, etc. Several golf courses within 15 minutes. We ate at most of the restaurants in town, our favorite was Cafe Sante which we went to multiple times. The SkyBridge is about 10 minutes away, we were there before the fall color but still a scenic chair lift ride and bridge walk. The scenic view of Lake Charlevoix from the Avalanche Preserve lookout at the top of a 462 step flight of stairs was also pretty good if you have an hour to spare. Highly recommend this condo and location.

This condo is on the second floor of 3. The location is walking distance to everything you will need. It is quiet, peaceful and serene. Because it is a corner room the views of the water are outstanding. The hospitality at the front desk was excellent. No keys just a code to get in works wonders. Fully stocked with most essentials. You will definitely not be disappointed.

We walked to stores and restaurants. Waking up to the view of the water was wonderful. The condo was tastefully decorated and seemed newly redone. Great location and view!

The condo was comfortable and beautiful. Easy walk to BC restaurants and bars, and just a 15 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would happily stay again in the future!

I'm ready to come back already. Apart from the bedroom TV being too big, I can't think of any complaint! Great location, super clean, great views, and super polite staff. It snowed the day we arrived, but the property management did a great job of clearing snow and the heat and fireplace were great.

Check-in very east, condo was clean, grounds were upkept very neatly, and view from 2nd floor incredible. Easy walking distance to all of the shops & dining Boyne City has to offer. On a personal level, would prefer K-cup machine instead of coffee pot, (1st world problem!). Will try to stay there again this fall if available.

Units need refresh; new higher vanities, toilets, carpets, paint, etc. Also, please use unscented laundry soap; while not unpleasant, don’t want to smell it on bedding while sleeping.

The city of Boyne with its location on lake Charleroix many things to do within the city and it’s central location to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, M-22, and the city of Charlevoix all provide great day trips. Our preferred location at the water street inn is condo 215 providing great water views also a clean, upscale, and relaxing experience.

Love the view but

The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing but the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling off.

The unit we stayed in was historic. I don't believe anything has been updated since the 90's. The unit was clean but wear and tear were evident in the carpet, furniture and wallpaper. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly.
