NOTICE: Due to the nature of the corona virus we are taking extra precautions when we clean - masks, gloves, Lysol, taking extra time to disinfect all surfaces that guests will touch, such as door/cabinet handles/knobs, appliance handles, light/lamp switches, railings, remotes, etc. While our regular degreaser cleaners do an excellent job, we are taking the extra step to walk back through after the clean is finished and re-sanitize these types of surfaces.

Enjoy luxury accommodations and an exquisite beach front view in this new 4 Bedroom 3 full Baths corner condo located on the 9th floor of the newest building on the Alabama Gulf Shores coast. Available starting June 2020.

Sleeps 14 in beds and +2 using sleeper sofa. Great for large families, several couples with children, event weeks/weekends, team sporting events, girls beach vacation, and winter guests. Has a toddler/children/teens bedroom that sleeps 6, yes 6 with 2 bunkies with full bed on bottom and twin on top. Also Microsoft Xbox-360 with 2 wireless controllers and a few popular game disc (bring some of your on favorites). Hooked up in Bunkie Bedroom. Great for kids entertainment and some of us big kids also.

We had a wonderful time! There were 3 families, 14 total people, and there was plenty of room. The beach-front view was incredible! The condo was clean and spacious! It was within walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants. Joe was a wonderful host. He was available within minutes of messaging him, leading up to our trip and was a phone call away when I had any questions during our stay. He was amazing! I would recommend Joe and this condo for anyone looking for a larger space! We will be back! Thank you, Joe, for the great hospitality!

The property is beautiful! Very clean, well maintained, and with a gorgeous view to boot! Spacious for our crew of 12 to be comfortable in, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the bathrooms large for multiple people to get ready in. Walking distance to fun places like The Hangout. The beach is amazing and all of the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the property, especially the waterslide. Joe was a gracious host, communicated throughout the rental process and answered all of our questions. Even gave us a great places of things to do and see. I highly recommend renting from them.

Our girls trip of eight could not have been any better at this condo. The view of the ocean, four bedrooms a very comfortable bed, mini bar with icemaker and very clean. The condo was described and VRBO just like Describe! Maybe even better. Safe garage parking, plenty of carts two move luggage to rooms . Owner had everything provided for us as described, even games replay. The balcony had a perfect view from living room and master bedroom of the ocean. Patio furniture what is large enough to have breakfast Or lounge in the two comfortable lounge chairs. I would consider this an upscale four bedroom condo. We will be back!

There are many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from our condo. You can even view the local favorite, Bahama Bobs from our balcony! Other nearby family-fun centers include a water (Waterville) and amusement Park (The Track), a zoo, miniature golf, and go-kart tracks. The Tanger outlet mall is about a 15-20 minute drive from the beach, and there are numerous fishing charters, tennis facilities and world-class golf courses nearby. The Wharf, located in nearby Orange Beach has many shops, restaurants, and an Ampitheater. Short day trips include, Ft. Morgan where you can take the ferry across Mobile Bay to visit the Dauphin Island Estuarium Sea Lab and the Bird Sanctuary and Pensacola, Fl where you can visit the Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).
