Thank you for your review and for choosing Solaria Villas to celebrate your 60th wedding anniversary. We’re delighted that the layout, pool, and beachfront contributed to your family’s time together. That said, we’re sorry some aspects didn’t meet your expectations and want to clarify a few concerns. The third home on the property is privately owned, and while it’s often unoccupied, holiday stays may differ. We’ll aim to make this clearer in future communication. We regret the sewer line and water issues; the sewer pipe was unexpectedly damaged by tree roots despite recent servicing, and both issues were addressed as swiftly as possible. We have 24/7 support for such situations, and our contact numbers are posted in each unit for assistance. The scorpion incident was unfortunate, but these occurrences are rare. Local scorpions are not dangerous, though we understand how unsettling it was. The villas were inspected, no further signs were found, and pest control was arranged but later canceled at your request. Regarding kitchen supplies, stemless wine glasses are provided to reduce breakage, especially near shared spaces like the pool. Missing items would have been replaced immediately had we been informed. Maintenance issues like lightbulbs are now triple-checked before each arrival. While the villas are well-maintained, larger upgrades are planned for the low season when we can work without disturbing guests. We appreciate your kind words about Daniel.
