Check out the Villa 17-80, and enjoy the full panoramic ocean view from this dramatic corner villa, which is both spacious and comfortable. It received a complete makeover in early 2014, including a totally updated kitchen, new wood floors in the living room and bedrooms, and all new window coverings. In 2016 Electric Fireplaces were installed in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, including a new 60 inch Flat Screen in the living room and 40 inch in the master bedroom, professionally mounted above the fireplaces. French doors open onto the balcony from the master bedroom suite and the living room. You'll find a comfortable queen aerobed in the living room, with the 60 inch flat panel TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player. Only 27 steps to the road and a total of 1190 SF. H1780 | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

Beautiful Oceanview Property

This property is beautifully located across the cove, so you can see the ocean and property views. It was just enough space for our family of 6. We love having the golf cart included in the rental which makes it very convenient to get around town.

Beautiful property

The condo was really nice and the view is spectacular. The fact that they provide a golf cart was very beneficial in that it's the only way to get into Avalon without a taxi.

Wonderful space and views

This home was lovely and absolutely perfect for a family trip. The views were beautiful and inspiring and having a golf cart for the entire stay was ideal. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our getaway and enjoy this home as the owner gave great locations to visit and places to eat. The cozy home was just perfect and had everything and more. If we get a chance to stay her again we look forward to it!

A beautiful location

This location has gorgeous views! It was a comfortable stay, with all of the amenities we needed. The golf cart was a big plus! The fitted sheet wasn’t the correct size for the pull out sofa & a few towels needed updating, but that’s all about what was wrong. Everything else was satisfactory!

Perfect place to stay with family!

This was the perfect condo for our family. More than enough room, clean, well stocked. Loved that it included the golf cart to get around town. The views from all rooms were stunning. We will definitely book a stay here again.

Views and a fun time

Perfect get away for families w teenage kids that enjoy snorkeling and fishing! The hot tub was a nice treat after a day in the ocean. Bring regular coffee to brew is one reminder.

Relaxing Villa

The unit at Hamilton Cove was great. It was clean, quiet and well-kept. There were a lot of amenities on the property and the views are amazing. It was also great to have access to the golf cart to run around town.

Great View

The condo was clean and stocked with everything you’d expect. The view from the patio was incredible and the golf cart made it super easy to get into town. My only recommendation is bring a sleep mask since the shades are very thin letting a lot of light in

A Beautiful and Quiet Location

Our family of 5 spent two days here. The location is beautiful and the condo is splendid comfortable with a great view. The important thing is that you must use a golf cart to go about. It is quite away from the down town. The good thing is this condo comes with a golf cart.

Outstanding!

Beautiful unit with an outstanding location. Everything was just as described. Very clean and we had everything we needed! Loved the golf cart was perfect for the 5 of us! We would definitely be back! We didn't love the microfiber sheets in the primary suite, but that is just personal preference. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Hamilton Cove Luxury

This Hamilton Cove property was beautiful! It was remodeled and felt like a brand new property from top to bottom. The views from the balcony were stunning. It was just up the hill from the heated pool/spa and just across the street from the 18 hole mini golf course. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 infant and there was plenty of room for everyone. The fold out couch in the living room was very comfortable and gave our group 3 great sleeping options. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you will need for meal preps. The included gold cart was a must for Hamilton Cove as you are a 5-7 minute drive from downtown Avalon. The cart gave our group the ability to explore the island whenever we chose to. Hamilton Cove is beautifully maintained and you feel like you have been transported to the Italian Coast when you stand on your balcony overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The sunrise was amazing! The check in process was easy and seamless. When you exit the ferry cabs will be arriving to take you the quick trip up the hill to Hamilton Cove. Just gave our name at the front gate and were driven right to the door of our condo. We enjoyed everything about Catalina, especially our stay at Hamilton Cove.

Little details

The location is amazing!! However there so many little details that are overlooked. A quick list of things that would make it an A+ place instead of a B-/C+ place: • please provide pool towels if we have access to pool (we were told to use our bath towels) • perhaps some new towels that aren't threadbare and maybe some extras • the bath mats in master were either not clean or stained, clean/new ones would be lovely • the golf cart was beyond dirty and nearly impossible to see out of the windshield (if you advertise it at least clean it) • the "French doors" only has one that opens, and that breeze is needed • window arm in guest room is broken (appears to have been like that a while) • if ants are as bad as they seem to be maybe you should use a bug service prior to guests checking in (the chair and the chair my luggage was sitting on in master got invaded) • the kitchen was great with everything but we only had 2 towels (seems almost like cloth napkins) and th sponge at the sink was pretty gross, maybe a fresh sponge for new guests • maybe have the guests send their ID/cc prior to getting to the island since internet service at ferry dock is bad I know it seems like a lot of complaints but they are all little details that would have made a world of difference. We did really enjoy our visit to Catalina!!

Mediterranean island feel

Great location, white washed buildings with red tile.m, and endless ocean views give you the feel of being on a Greek island. Panoramic ocean views from the balcony, located about a mile from Avalon, really makes you feel that you are away in a remote island far from US. There are also a community pool, tennis courts, and jacuzzi, all of which are rare in Catalina. It also comes with a convenient 6 person golf cart to explore the island. The only drawbacks are that the condo has no air conditioning (and it can get hot in August), and there are no food amenities here (short drive with golf cart into town a mile away). But would gladly return here anytime.

Catalina Island stay.

The view was amazing and the unit is very nice but the compound pool was smaller than what the photo perceived. Also the golf cart is an older model and the engine was loud. Drive to the main town is 10-12 min away. Overall it was a very nice stay. The fan was nice and we stayed in Mar so wasn't hot so barely used the fan. There is no AC in the unit.

Wonderful stay.

My family spent three nights in Hamilton Cove. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfy and the views were spectacular. The golf cart was absolutely essential- do not stay on Catalina Island without access to one. We had great fun exploring the island or just popping into Avalon for meals. Highly recommended.

Clean unit, accurate as described. Great views and quiet . Golf cart is a must, and great addition to the rental. Sofa bed was very comfy. Early check in and late check out are all additional fees. You must clean unit/dishes/take out trash before leaving - making it kind of a hectic checkout in the morning .
