Fun for the entire family awaits you in this 2nd floor oceanside duplex (with two bathrooms) located 5 houses from the ocean in Brant Beach. Our home is located on a quiet street with direct beach access and lifeguards and within walking distance of an bagel shop, sandwich shop, watercraft sports, bike rental and restaurants. Perfect for a small family, our home is immaculately kept and completely updated with tasteful coastal décor, it includes a well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook and central air conditioning. Also included are 4 flat screen TVs, Cable, WIFI, Video gaming systems, DVD player and a wireless Bluetooth speaker. A sunny deck with comfortable furniture, a backyard patio set, a Weber gas grill, hot/cold outdoor shower and 6 complimentary beach badges are included with your rental. Sheets and towels not provided. Our home is located on a buffered street which keeps the street traffic to a minimum. This is our home away from home; we are willing to share it with those who are over the age of 25 and will treat our home as you would your own. No parties, no smoking, no pets.

Relaxing, Beautiful, Ideal

This truly is a "home away from home." It is comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and welcoming. Great location - only steps to the beach. Owners are attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

LBI - Brant Beach

Our stay at the home of Holly and John was absolutely wonderful! The home was lovely with many nice touches. The amenities were great - even better than expected. Everything we needed was there and more. Very close to a lovely beach. Holly was very nice to deal with and very accommodating. We are definitely planning to stay again and we highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

Great Location! Beautiful Property!

What a fantastic vacation! The house is comfortable and well appointed with everything anyone could need. The owners even have beach chairs to help offset a packing challenge, and they were certainly a welcome touch. It is clean, comfortably furnished and nestled on a quiet street where in the evening we could sit on the deck, listen to the ocean and watch kids ride their bikes and play. It is nice to be on vacation and have it feel like home. We hope to visit for years to come!!!

If we could have only stayed longer...

Couldn't have been better! Great house--greatly cared for by owners and no detail missed. Has everything you need (for kids and adults). Great beach--perfect part of the island to swim. Great block--quiet with friendly neighbors. Location makes it easy to get to either end of the island. Close to Catholic church if that is important to you:) LBI and this house are a little slice of heaven.

Home away from home!

Of all the years we have been renting vacation homes, this listing has to be one of the cleanest and most comfortable we have stayed in. The listing is 100% accurate. The home is fully stocked with essentials in the kitchen. The owners are always available to communicate. It is close to the beach and is the perfect getaway spot! Thank you again Holly and John!

Perfect for a small familyt

Holly was a wonderful host - very easy to communicate with, helpful and just plain nice. The house was perfect - everything had been updated. Just a few houses from the beach and conveniently located on the Island, whether you're hitting Fantasy Island, Old Barney or the Acme. If you have a small family and aren't looking to spend a small forture, then Holly's home is a 10 out of 10. Now if only the water temperature cooperated LOL!!! Great 2024 LBI trip...

So clean

Owners were readily available for questions and so kind. Owners downstairs are very nice welcoming people also. Be aware of alternate side of the street parking. We unfortunately got a ticket within minutes of arrival. Bummer! House is SO clean and that is really important to us. Location is perfect. Close to the beach and on a quiet street. We walked to Daddy Os for dinner and loved that! We are hoping to stay again next year!

A wonderful, clean and convenient home.

This 3 bedroom 2nd floor home was updated, clean and well-maintained. We brought a lot with us, but the home was so well stocked with kitchen supplies, appliances etc- we really did not need to bring as much as we did! Holly was so helpful every step of the way. She responded very quickly with any questions we had throughout our visit- it was clear that she makes great effort in taking care of the guests that stay at this property. The beach was super close: only 5 houses away. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from that provided take out / curb side pick up. Highly recommend!

Just as Expected

The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in LBI. Holly was extremely easy to communicate with, she checked in on us and left us a lovely welcome gift, and provided all sorts of helpful documents, tips, brochures and suggestions in her guest book. The location was a bit further than I realized from some of the main "action," which I honestly wouldn't have minded as much if we had better weather. When you're trying to figure out things to do/places to go with two small kids after a few cold and rainy days in a row you start wanting to be closer to attractions, shops, etc. By far the best part of the trip was the BEACH! It's gorgeous. Honestly, it rivals beaches I've been to in the Caribbean. The two days we were able to spend on the beach were literal perfection. A pod of a dozen or more dolphins even swam by! The downstairs neighbors weren't overly friendly but nothing specifically troublesome, just kind of felt like they weren't so welcoming. Overall though, a positive experience. Thanks for a great time in LBI!

Perfection in Brant Beach🏖

We loved this Place, just 5 houses from the beach. Every amenity thinkable can be found here including a front porch. My family was so comfortable! It felt like home.....

Great trip celebrating my mother's 60th birthday!

Holly and Peter were wonderful hosts and we loved their home. The decor of the house was lovely- quaint and charming with beautiful details. It is located extremely close to the beach so very convenient. The hosts were incredibly accessible the whole time and really make you feel at home with many small touches like a welcome note with wine, chairs for the beach, board and video games. My family enjoyed our weekend getaway and it was a great way to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. I highly recommend renting this place and would love to come back again next year. Daniela

Beautiful and clean and relaxing and beachy and perfect!!

Thank you both so much for such a wonderful week spent in your beautiful home. We loved all the beachy detail and everything that we needed was right at our finger tips! The beautiful deck the well appointed bedrooms and the easy flow of the kitchen were just a few of the perks! The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself is beautiful! Perfect location for my family beach vacation

There was nothing not to like about this house. The owner was so gracious and helpful the whole time we were at the house. The downstairs neighbors were friendly as well. The house was really nicely furnished with an open floor plan for the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The bedrooms are at the back of the house which was great for the sleeping children at night. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, serving platters, etc. and even though we needed to bring all essentials with us, the owner keeps the house well stocked with items that you might have forgotten to bring. The house is so close to the beach and on a very quiet street that doesn't attract any through traffic. All in all this was a great beach rental and I would happily go back again next summer.

Best Vacation!

My family and I had a great week. The owners made sure we had everything we needed, and then some...and checked up with us to make sure we were satisfied. The location is close to the beach, the beach is beautiful, and the house was our home away from home for the week. We look forward to spending our next vacation here!

Extra Special

We loved the house in LBI. Very Clean and Very nice decor. The house was extra special. The kichen was WELL equipped. Lots of little amenities, like spices for cooking, soaps in showers, new games to play with all the pieces and new dvds. Just Great, thanks for the thoughtfulness.
