Just What We Needed!

Well laid out for families. We hosted our grown children and first grandchild for a week without feeling stuffed together. North of the causeway to the mainland, it’s a quieter side of town and the private beach down a private path 50 yards away from your 3-story home with a rooftop patio is special. Good restaurants and the crowds are but a mile or two away. It really is a spectacular property and the owner was so helpful in every aspect.

Great location, private neighborhood. Relaxing space.

Our trip was for a graduate, an end of school year and a 73 year old friend who hadn't been to the beach in 20 years trip. I visit LBI every year for the last 5 years. Loved North Beach and I wouldn't go south of Rt 72 ever again. Traffic is getting worse down in Beach Haven. Loved Surf City Beach Park. Very relaxing swimming hole. Very clean beaches. Family oriented island. I felt safe my whole trip.

Beautifully decorated, every convenience considered, designed for welcoming friends and family!

Whether you love the sunrise or sunset , you can can see every minute of both from the deck. Plenty of room inside and out. We wanted for nothing (not even a stair master!). Kids and adults alike found joy and play toys for a great time. Assuring our enjoyment and ease in renting this home started the moment we expressed an interest. Thanks for offering this experience.

Casually elegant, everything is new and clean, well designed and uncluttered, beds are super comfy!

The location is fantastic, beach access just over the dune along their private path. The rooftop 360 view offered sunrise and sunset with no obstructions. We arrived to a strawberry moon and sat in rockers with a glass of wine - a great way to start a lovely week in LBI! We enjoyed Viking Village towards Barnegut, the local stores nearby in Surf City and BBQd on the amazing large grill on the patio level. The patio and kitchen each have their own serviceware any cookware, which was super for preparng meals. I loved the separate floors, on the 3rd floor, the adults could cook, play music and have rooftop cocktails while the kids were entertained in a super comfy family area with Xbox and games on the second floor! Perfect! Large bathrooms, roomy bedrooms, great amenities, a super hostess book with everything needed to operate the tv controls, the elevator, info about the area, everything - we felt welcome and appreciated the communication throughout our trip. I'm going to book again for next summer! What a beautiful place...

Wedding Vacation

We rented this house because we were attending a wedding and wanted to stay longer and did not want to stay in a hotel where we wouldn't be able to gather together comfortably (4 couples). This is an absolutely amazing home. Anything you could think of needing or wanting is provided here! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, spectacular kitchen with everything you would want for entertaining. Wonderful Tommy Bahama beach chairs and excellent Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas that don't bend in the wind. Many of those in my group brought chairs and umbrellas and put theirs to the side because those supplied were significantly better. Bikes were such a great addition, as well. 2 refrigerators, a Viking 6 burner stove, an over abundance of dishes, glasses, silverware for both inside and outside dining. Beautiful roof top with outdoor speakers where we would spend time each and every day, whether it was to enjoy our morning coffee, or our after the beach happy hour, or relaxing after dinner. If you're a coffee drinker, this place has you covered. From a Cuisinart drip pot to a Kuerig to a french press! We chatted over our last dinner together of doing this again next year, and of course, this is the place we want to be. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home to make our first LBI experience a magnificent one!

New Years Eve Getaway

This property was beautiful and exactly what my group was looking for. Sofia was a great host and was very quick to answer any questions we had about the property. Would definitely stay here again no questions about it beautiful beach front property.

Great space for families

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Awesome rooftop. Very comfortable house. Stocked with everything needed for cooking. Made very good use of the bikes provided - a morning bike ride was a great way to start the day. Only downfall was the flies on the beach - unbearable!!

Everything you need for a great beach vacation!

My family and I have been vacationing on LBI for the past 10 years with another family. We actually voted our house this year as our favorite LBI house from all the rest. Not only is it located just two houses from the Beach, but it was extremely clean, spacious and complete with everything you need for indoor and outdoor entertaining two families for a week. We were also supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, bike helmets and plenty of other outdoor needs - all in excellent, like new condition! And finally, Sonia is the best! She was in regular communication with us from the moment we selected the House on VRBO. She frequently connected with me to ensure we were having a good experience - from check in to check out and everything in between. I highly recommend this home!

Great house in great area on LBI

We have rented several homes before on LBI but this was the first house that had most of what we were looking for: on the beach side with a short walk to the beach, great open layout with a nice kitchen and dining area, two areas with TVs for kids and adults so everyone had a place to relax in the evenings. The house was well stocked with dishes, utensils, beach gear etc. The elevator was great for unloading and loading our stuff and for a family member that needed help going from the first to 3rd level. The area around the house is very convenient to food markets, mini golf etc. We are looking forward to staying again!

Always welcome, this is a lovely family, frequent visitors to LBI. They were accommodating and followed the house rules, certainly they are seasoned beach-goers!

We arrived and everything was as advertized. The home is very well decorated, comfortable and clean.

House was well stocked. Kitchen had every amenity needed. Took the bikes for a ride and even used some of the baby gear for the new grandchild. Beach chairs and carts were super helpful!! Layout worked for parents and grandparents alike. We even finished the 3000 piece puzzle on the last day.

This home is perfect! Sonia has thought of everything you could possibly need!

North Beach is my favorite town on LBI. This Oceanside home is close enough and walkable to stores and shops and it also offers plenty of privacy! There is a lifeguard at the end of this lane. What more do you need? The owner keeps this home in immaculate condition and has anticipated your every need. I would love to rent this property again!!

Lovely home for a family reunion!

We so enjoyed this beautiful home and all of the amenities it included. We attended a family beach wedding in front of our home on 1059B ( 4 lanes down) and it was a gorgeous Sept shore day! Fantastic Stay!

I recently stayed here with my family for one week and we miss it already! The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, and we felt we were at home from the second we walked in. It is stocked with everything you can imagine, including every kitchen gadget one can think of, baby gates and crib, a grill, restaurant menus, and much more. The location is great -two houses off the beach with private access. We could not have been happier and are looking forward to our stay next summer! This was a week we will never forget - THANK YOU! :)

North Beach is the most beautiful part of Long Beach Island, and our time here has given my family the most memorable and enjoyable summers. Being on the narrowest part of the island means fewer people, ensuring a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. The beaches are always serene, and with a lifeguard stationed at the end of our private lane, it truly feels like home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The short path to the beach from the patio is so close to the beachfront - a lovely way to access the beach from our home, but no stairs. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp close by. The rooftop deck offers amazing sunrise / sunset views, wonderful to start or end the day. The summer breeze is lovely, especially at that elevation, with a full panoramic view of the ocean and the bay. Private from the adjacent home, it is furnished for comfort and relaxation. A short bike ride brings you into the local village with lots of restaurants and stores, miniature golf and other fun activities.
