You'll have the whole villa to yourselves - all three bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the living areas, and the private deck with its BBQ. There's a washing machine and dryer for your use, and free parking in the driveway and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Central Villa sits in the central Victoria neighbourhood, one of the most walkable pockets of Rotorua. You can stroll to Kuirau Park with its free geothermal pools and steaming footbaths, and on into the CBD for cafes, restaurants and shops. Te Puia's geysers and the lakefront hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa are around five minutes away, with the Redwoods Forest, Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb all roughly ten.



Getting Around:

The central location makes getting around easy - the CBD and Kuirau Park are a short walk, with bus stops nearby and free parking in the driveway and on the street. Te Puia, the lakefront and central Rotorua are around 5 minutes by car, the Redwoods, Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb roughly 10, and Rotorua Airport about 15 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 58 Mbps. A washing machine and dryer are provided, handy for longer stays. The home is a renovated character villa, so it keeps some of its original period features alongside the modern updates. The neighbouring houses sit close on either side, as they do on most of the older central streets.
