The villa offers four spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their ensuite bathroom and enjoys a fabulous position with lovely views to the sea and the islands of Cannes.

The villa has been completely renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style offering a well equipped modern kitchen with Lacanche stove and American fridge, large living room and dining room that opens up onto a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy the spectacular views towards Cannes and the Mediterranean.

On the ground floor is a spacious master bedroom (180x200) with ensuite bathroom. On the garden level are the other 3 double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, and all offering direct access to the garden. All the 4 bedrooms have A/C.
