This beautiful and spacious 3-room semi-detached house is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house is located on the ground floor and offers a lot of natural light. It features tasteful furnishings, including an open large living room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as a DVD player. The living room also has an exit to the patio.
The dining room is open and allows for easy access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals. There is also an exit to the terrace from the kitchen.
The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a dressing room and a French bed (160 cm), while the other has two beds (80 cm). There is also a separate WC, a bath/shower/bidet/WC, and a hydro massage bath. Gas heating is available for your comfort.
The house has a large terrace that is roofed and a garden measuring 85 m2. The terrace is furnished with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs (4).
