Casetta Annarosa is a small apartment in San Pancrazio Salentino. It`s a very basic but renovated house, with typical star-vaulted ceiling. The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning and it accommodates up to 4 guests. Pets are allowed.

The holiday home consists of well-furnished and spacious rooms. There is the large living room with dining area and sofa bed for two guests; the equipped kitchen; one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, there is a furnished courtyard at the back of the house with table and chairs.

Casetta Annarosa is in San Pancrazio Salentino,
a quiet town in the inland of the Ionian coast. The city centre with
its amenities is 300 meters away. The closest beaches, such as Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, are 15 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Only small pets admitted.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
