On the ground floor, there are multiple living areas, each with its own open-hearth fireplace and access to the garden. The first living/dining room features a dining table, while the second living room has satellite TV. The third living room also has an open-hearth fireplace. The fourth living/dining room has a dining table, a kitchen corner, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is one room on this level that has a French bed (160 cm) and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and five hot plates. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a bath with a bidet.

Moving up to the upper floor, there are four bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bidet.
