The Villa is located only 900 meters from the Old City Walls and main promenade inside the walls - Stradun.

Overlooking the Adriatic sea this marvelous villa with furnished terrace and heated outdoor swimming pool features free WiFi, air-conditioning and SAT LCD TV. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as two private bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub, additional toilet is also available to the guests.

Washing machine, baby cot, iron and ironing board are at the guest disposal. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

The Villa will also provide You with a lovely garden with a 300 years old fountain, BBQ facilities and furnished terrace fitted with sunbeds, parasols and outdoor dining area. just perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. The property offers free parking on side - one parking place is available in the garage and the other in front of the garage.

Please note: Villa is located in very quiet family neighborhood so there are specific house rules to follow regarding the pool use and noise level.

The part of the town, where this Villa is located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk.

Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 800 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATM's. Nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the Villa.

The most interesting sights can be seen in the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is only 10 minutes walk from the accommodation, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks.

We recommend enjoying a cable car ride, station is only 20 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers a panoramic view of the historic center and the surrounding islands. Approximately 10 stairs to reach the villa.
