Welcome to my home in the heart of Hampstead.

This is a historic building located right next to Hampstead Heath and the Hampstead swimming ponds, and a short walk from Belsize Park underground and Hampstead Heath overground stations. Large open rooftop balcony with views over London, surround sound living room filled with daylight and views over South End Green year-round.
The space
Perfect for families or groups: our spacious flat has a living room with sofa bed, dining table for 4 people, a separate equipped kitchen, outside space, and 2 huge bedrooms, one double,-size and one king-size.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Other things to note
* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys -please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
