Ivydene - 3 Bedroom Holiday Home - Tenby

Ivydene is a newly renovated property in the beautiful seaside town of Tenby. It is the perfect holiday home for families or friends.
There is a fully fitted kitchen diner making it perfect for those get together dinners or a nice hearty breakfast before heading out for the day. The lounge opens up to the kitchen with a large cosy corner sofa and flat screen T.V. The spacious bathroom offers a large shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs there are three light and airy bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed.
This beautiful property is only a few minuets walk from the centre of Tenby town with it's quirky shops, bars and restaurants. Surrounding the town are several delightful sandy beaches which you do not want to miss no matter the time of year.

By Car: When you reach Kilgetty round about take the first exit on to the A478, stay on this road until the next round about in New Hedges, you want to take the second exit here. At the next round about in Tenby take the third exit. Follow the road down to the roundabout, take a left heading under the bridge. Take the next right turn. Go to the junction and go straight across. Follow the road around the corner and your property will be on the right hand side.

Head to the end of the road and take a right.
Take a left at the junction.
At the junction take a right.
Follow the road around to the right.
Multistorey will be on your left hand side.

To walk back to the property.
Head left out of multistorey.
Take a right turn at the Park Road Garage.

Great place to stay

The property was as it is in the advert Nicely presented, clean, quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches that surround it. A real home from home place !! Would definitely book again.

Great location but a little disappointing

Tenby is a great place and we enjoyed our stay, but the house was a little disappointing. It was really dusty and the carpet stains and other marks on the walls were a little disconcerting. They offer a dishwasher and towels, but there was no hand towel, bath mat or dishwasher tablets (to name a few missing items). The host was very helpful and only a phone call away, but it felt like the property hadn't been properly cleaned since the last person stayed (aside from the rooms being generally unclean/dusty, the drinking glasses were dirty and the grater had food residue). The house is a little tired overall but worked as a great base for our stay. We stayed in a heatwave so the house was super hot, but any other time I am sure it would have been fine. Most windows opened but its close to a main road that people seem to drive very fast down at night. We wouldn't stay there again, but it would work fine for someone who just needs a place to cook and sleep.

Nice Tenby Terrace

Property was well presented, great location and had obviously been recently been furnished. For our family of five there was enough room, but a family of 6 may struggle for sofa and kitchen table space. Please note that this is not a complete house rental. The house is split into 2 and has no read garden as someone else lives in the basement of the property. Believe that this should be clearly listed in the advert as we were not expecting to share the property, A rear garden is needed and also we felt uncomfortable that we could hear strange and loud noises at all hours of the night. Lovely house but a strange and unnerving in sharing the property with a basement

Lethal floors

The property itself was ok and well situated. The problem was the laminate flooring upstairs. It had some sort of high shine polish or wax on it. Made walking around treacherous. All 3 of us visitors slipped over, in one case, causing major pain and bruising. The property management company failed to see the seriousness when contacted. Floors were eventually cleaned to a point, but damage was (literally) done by then. This put a major downer on the holiday.
