This extra large room can be made with either two single beds or a Queen sized bed. A put up bed for a child can also be added. It is fitted with all the standard features - tea and coffee making, flat screen tv and hairdryer. It also has a double window, coffee table and chairs making. It has an extra large bathroom with a corner bath, shower, wc and sink.

The room is situated towards the back of the property and opens onto an outdoor, south facing, seating area for those staying in the B&B which leads around to our paddock where you are welcome to walk, explore and relax.

The room has been designed not only to be luxurious but to make sure we can cater for all guests. As such it has some additional features to help those with disabilities. It is easy to access from the car park with a ramp leading directly in. It is a large room with enough floorspace (and doors open outwards) for wheelchair users to get around. The bathroom has grab rails and a raised toilet. The fire alarm has also been fitted with a light as well as sound. We are happy to discuss any requirements you may have and do what we can to help.

There are a number of outside seating areas and a paddock for you to relax and unwind in. And our freshly cooked breakfasts will set you up for the day.
